This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy a large two-car garage with washer/dryer and beach gear, plus an extra parking space. The Space:

Just a short walk brings you to the world-famous Napili Bay Beach—it’s incredibly close! Known for its soft sand and year-round beauty, it’s one of Maui’s most beloved beaches.



This clean and welcoming vacation home is ideally located in Napili, a slightly cooler and more relaxed area just minutes from Lahaina. While near the beach, the home is tucked into a quiet, secluded complex—offering both convenience and tranquility.



Step inside to a bright, open living space with beautiful new flooring and plenty of room to unwind. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural island light, while updated window coverings provide privacy. Fast WiFi keeps you connected—if you choose to be.



All three bedrooms are designed for comfort, each featuring air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout blinds, and a 55” smart TV. The spacious primary suite offers vaulted ceilings, warm-toned flooring, and a king-sized bed for a restful retreat.



Please note: West Maui has natural island sounds, including roosters. Rear bedrooms include double-pane windows, plus earplugs and white noise machines for added comfort.

We had such a great stay at this VRBO! The place was incredibly clean and well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need for the beach—chairs, toys, and gear—which made our time in Hawaii so easy and enjoyable, especially with kids.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a seamless experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful with various local recommendations. The location is fabulous - a very short walk to the beach and to the Kapalua Coastal Trail. The amenities were excellent. We particularly appreciated all the beach amenities- including the wagon to get all of our stuff to and from the beach each day. Highly recommend!

We've been to Maui several times over the years, but this trip was extra special because we had the whole family together. There were seven adults and one toddler, and this home truly felt like our home away from home.The house was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. The large lanai quickly became our family's gathering place each morning and evening. It was the perfect place to relax, especially for the family members experiencing Maui for the first time.Since we had a large group, we prepared and ate six of our seven dinners at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed.The toddler amenities were amazing. The owners had thought of everything, including baby gear and beach toys. They also provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and wagons to carry everything on the short two-minute walk to the beach.Throughout our stay we kept saying, "They've already thought of that." The owners clearly take pride in making their guests feel at home.We've stayed at several homes during our trips to Maui, and this is one of the best. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially larger families or anyone traveling with young children. Thank you for helping make this one of our most memorable family vacations.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. So many pros:1.Easy, stress-free parking with a protected garage—such a bonus. Being able to walk to the beach without worrying about parking (and having beach gear provided) made everything so much easier.2.Well-equipped kitchen—we cooked several nights and had everything we needed, including spices, oils, and quality cookware.3.Clean, comfortable space that felt welcoming and easy to relax in.No complaints at all. The hosts were thoughtful and checked in to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated.Highly recommend!

Fabulous place in Napili Bay

Directly across the street from the bay for good snorkeling spot. Eat at the Gazebo for an unforgettable breakfast of macadamia nut and banana pancakes. Open air dining right on the beach.

Our family had a great stay in Maui. Location is great being near Nāpili and kapalua. House was as advertised. Comfortable, good AC and had all the amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) to make it easy. Thanks Kevin for being so responsive!

Fabulous stay in Napili

Our first time in Hawaii with our 19 year old twins. The booking process and communication was fantastic. Great property in a fab location near the beach and walkable to Sea House and Merrimans, both were really good.We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella and the BBQ was great! Firstly want to thank our host, Kevin, who checked up on us every step of the way to make sure we had the best experience possible.The house was exactly as advertised, well decorated, cozy, clean and spacious. It had everything we could need for a party of 6.The garage was filled with accessories for the beach like towels, chairs, toys, floaties and the like.The area was wonderful with many great food places, hikes, and the beach a short walk away with even more options with a short drive.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check in, convenient location to many beaches, close to markets, restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped however, the stove wasn’t great for cooking a big family dinner. We enjoyed the deck area and available beach equipment. Overall very nice.

Really nice property and location

The property is cozy and clean. Nice patio with grill available: Prompt communications from the PM. A lot of beach stuff readily available (chairs, toys etc) and walking distance to nearby beach. Short drive to food, shopping and everything. We really enjoyed the stay

Absolutely fantastic rental! So many little extras made our stay very easy and comfortable. We really appreciated the abundance of beach equipment, condiments, soaps/detergents, and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect for us: close to beaches, a grocery store, a top notch coffee shop, good restaurants, and a snorkel shop (although check the supply in the garage before renting). Kevin was super attentive. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect family friendly getaway

We chose this listing for the child friendly amenities, adequate space for multiple adults, and the proximity to the beach. The property was a short walk to 2 peaceful beaches for swimming and snorkeling and came supplied with all your beach needs. The house itself was spotless and beds and furniture all comfortable. Our favorite place to be was the patio. This was the best place to stay for our group and we hope to be back!

Family trip

We are a family of eight and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and just be together. The location to the beach was also great. The place is well-stocked with everything you’ll need, and we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable, and we didn't want to leave. When visiting Maui, we will stay here again!

Great stay

Appreciated the amount of beach equipment available. That was great. The proximity to beaches was also perfect, especially with two toddlers in tow. Space was as advertised and as needed. No issues at all.

From the moment I made the reservation to the point of check out, I was completely satisfied with how I was greeted and treated by the Jeff and Sue, then later got me in contact with Kevin who was local. Kevin was super responsive and was available 24/7 for any questions. Home was clean and had everything my family and I needed. Climate control made the stay super comfortable. It literally felt like home away from home! Everything was Five Star! Host was even able to make last minute accommodations after finding out we had a late flight. That really made it easier for the kids and I. We had enough time to catch the beach one last time before freshening up and heading out. Thank you Kevin for all your help and Jeff and Sue for being such great host!

We fell in love with Napili and Napili Bay when we first visited in 1972. We were a young married couple with not a lot of money but just liked the atmosphere and the laid back vibe of Napili. Fast forward 20 years and 3 kids later and we decided the time had come to buy a vacation home on Maui and we knew exactly where we wanted to be. Things in Napili had grown but it still retained that wonderful, local beach town feel.

We found Napili Gardens in the early 90's when it was just beginning and are the last of the original owners. Over the years since we have loved our home and it has been a wonderful place to bring the family. We love the easy access to the beach and all of the activities it offers as well as fishing off the point at Napili Kai.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

While Napili has a small community feel, it still is in close proximity to lots of good food and shopping. Our favorite time of year to come is in the winter when the whales come to visit.
