This house has it all, from a fully loaded kitchen, queen beds in every room, high speed internet, laundry, and 2 separate living spaces. Bonus room includes a 55” Smart 4k TV and a huge comfortable sectional. Having a Central Location means you are 5 minutes from the freeway I-84, the Meridian Village, restaurants and shopping, nearby parks and plenty more.

Security cameras placed on the front exterior of the home for guests safety.

Comfortable and close to our events. I was surprised there was not a blowdryer anywhere to be found, we have never stayed anyplace that did not provide one. The kitchen needs more cooking bowls, and some decent cooking spoons and maybe a griddle. Cooking for a group of 5 was a challenge since nothing was big enough. We figured it out though. The house is nice, very clean, plenty of towels. And we had a great time. Would stay here again for sure.

My friends and I felt so safe in this nice, quiet neighborhood! After exploring each day we could enjoy a glass of wine on the covered patio in the fenced in back yard. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for the 3 of us.

There needed to be more attention given to detail as far as cleanliness. Perhaps give more attention to the decor. But overall it was pleasant enough.

Perfect for our weekend stay

Easy to get to and from. Perfect for a family stay. Very basic essentials which was fine since we didn’t do any big cooking or stay on property too long. Nice neighborhood to take a morning walk. House was spacious, too.

Great location

Overall the property was great and perfect spot to drive 15 minutes to Caldwell or Boise. The only complaint is some light were out in the front. Checking in late was a little hard to see. Other than that, I would recommend staying here

Nice Meridian Home

The home is nice and clean. The backyard is nice as is the patio. It is located near stores and restaurants. The reason for the 4 stars is because the shower in the master bathroom did not work. The water does not turn on. I don't know if Joe was aware of this or not but I have not heard back from him since I let him know. If it gets fixed I recommend staying here.

Great Value

Overall, great value for the nightly price we paid. Nice neighborhood, easily walkable and within a short drive to supermarkets, dining, activities, etc. Communication with hosts was great and timely. No issues there. I think the property itself just needs a little TLC, but overall great value and comfortable!

Review

The house is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. However, the wifi in the living room was very weak so I was unable to watch local television or any of the streaming service. Aside from the internet issue I was pleased with my stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay in a Boise suburb. Neighborhood was quiet, with easy access to everything in the area. House had plenty of space for hanging out. Beds were comfortable!

Comfortable and quiet

The location was very clean and the area was quiet. While there was only two of us, the home is definitley build for at least six. We would stay here again in the future.
