Check out some of the specials we offer to those looking to possibly relocating to the area. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 2 car garage located in a very nice subdivision that has probably the nicest community pool in the Treasure Valley. It features hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and hallways. Slab granite countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom. Large master suite with walk-in shower, soaker tub, dual vanities, walk-in closet and private water closet. Gas fireplace, leather couches and dining table w/extra leaf, all you need to bring is your food, toiletries and clothing. Yard is completely fenced for privacy.

We enjoyed our time here, the grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen could use some sharp knives outside of the steak knives that are there. Something sturdy to cut watermelon and other large items.

This was a great house in a pretty neighborhood. we used the house to host Thanksgiving and it worked out great.

Family vacation

Our family of 4 were very comfortable in this lovely home.The host provided everything one would need, plenty of towels, linens, toiletries. The kitchen was fully stocked withsmall appliances, utensils, right down to plastic wrap and zip lock bags. Convenient location, The Village Shopping center was about 8 min away, Boise Zoo - 20 min away, plus close to other stores, gas stations, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed the community pool. Darrell and his wife are very gracious hosts and prompt to rely. I made and error on our stay and they quickly and graciously resolved the problem.Thank you Darrell for providing such an beautiful place for our vacation.Anna and Family

Good location and a nice place

We stayed here for 13 days and it felt like home. They had everything we could need and really felt like they even thought of the little things. The neighborhood was nice and the home is close to walking trails, restaurants and shopping.

Great Place to Launch Activities

My son and his groomsmen stayed here for his weekend wedding, and the house was a great launching place for their time together. The house is clean and comfortable, just the right size for a small group, and a good value. Highly recommend!

Our employees had an excellent stay this week - everything was as advertised. The host was quickly responsive when we noticed a water issue in the backyard. Excellent - we look forward to booking again in the future.

Meridian House in quiet neighborhood

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located to all the activities we chose to do. Sawtooth Winery, Greenbelt walk along the river, Downtown Boise for dining and shopping. There is an Albertson's very close by. The kitchen was well equipped. We did not use the grill, but it was available. Beds were very comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every day and all the people we met were very friendly. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Excellent Property and Owners

First, communication with the owner was timely and he went above and beyond in answering all questions. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was more than suitable for our family get-together. All rooms were supplied with everything needed, and the entire home was clean. Perfect location for us and everything you may need is within a very short distances; can even walk to grocery store if you want. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended this property and the owner.

Nice property, great location, bad experience.

Unfortunately this rental situation was a stressful experience. The owner Darrell was very nice until there was an issue which we did not feel was handled appropriately. The house was nice, area nice, friendly neighbors and good experience besides 1. The bbq was filthy and we spent 20 minutes cleaning prior to being about to use it. 2. The patio furniture was in poor repair and my husband’s chair fell flat to the ground mid dinner, he’s not a big guy. Sometimes things happen and we did not issue complaint. When we checked out we went above and beyond, pre-cleaning for the cleaners. We are very respectful of properties we rent. We felt happy with our stay and very glad we were able to travel to the area to watch our son’s graduation from a local college. Following day I received an urgent call and txt from Darrell about a missing pool key card which was issue 3. I immediately checked our bags and found that my daughter had left the card in her bag. It was our error that cost us time, $ and anxiety. While I spoke to Darrell on the phone and profusely apologized, his wife was hysterical in the background shouting into the phone. It was very uncomfortable. I did overnight the card and it was delivered next day per his request. Then I received in addition $100 charge for replacement via email. Their HOA lists key cards as $25 fee and do not allow more than 1. We are honest people and could have easily ignored. I hope in the future they handle issues with a bit more grace.

Even though this is a smaller house, the layout of the house was well set up. Everything was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. The dinning room table was large and was perfect for playing games with the family. Having 3 large beds was a nice extra. The pillows could have been better. They were very flat and had no fluff to them. The bathrooms were of good size. The garage was a little small. Especially since they don't like you to park on the street in front of the house and you have to enter and exit through the garage. No front door keypad or key is provided. Only a garage remote. Thankfully our truck JUST fit in it! The fireplace was a bit of concern. The pilot light was continuously on and visible. We've never experienced that before. But when we contacted the owner, they said that was normal. The pool is closed during this time of year, which was expected. We loved the neighborhood! So beautiful! Especially in the Autumn! We will definitely be booking this rental again!

The house was in a nice neighborhood. We were visiting our son in Meridian and the house was just 5 minutes away from our son's house. We appreciated the house being nice and clean, and that it had a large TV in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and small appliances, however a Keurig would be a nice addition. Coffee for the coffee maker would be good to have in the pantry. All in all we had a great three night stay! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great home! Clean, in a quiet neighborhood, great community pool, kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you could possibly use as well as nice supply of basic spices. Used grill in the patio. Use of garage on hot days was a real bonus too.

Great house, great location

The house was great for our small family when we came to Idaho to visit family. We especially loved the nearby parks for our toddler, and how close the home is to places to eat, shop etc.
