You will get to experience the old charm of city life which includes the arts, museums, shopping, fabulous dining experiences, KC Blues, live entertainment, BBQ and fun! You are literally a few minutes to everything for business and pleasure. Convention Center, Bartel Hall, the Sprint Center,Crossroads, the Country Club Plaza, Westport, The Kauffman, Nelson Atkins and more!Very spacious 3 story home in a historical area of town. One mile from the heart of Downtown KC. From the time you enter you will enjoy the space and comfort this property as to offer. This house offers something special for your entire group/family to enjoy. We have carefully decorated this property to afford you with all of the comforts of Home! On the main floor your will find 1 bedroom , kitchen, full bathroom, living room and dinning and a separate sitting area/additional dining or game table. On the second floor there are 4 nice sized bedrooms and 1 full bathroom ,washer and dyer. On the third floor you will step into an open family room/ den which has a cozy bedroom and another sleeping area with another large full bathroom. The house also has an enclosed sunporch in the rear of the house that leads to the large secluded backyard. This large yet cozy home is fully loaded with all the amenities that you will need to make your vacation enjoyable.

Hallmark Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our group! Plenty of space to all hang out together. We did take out one night for dinner and loved being able to sit around the table. Everywhere we went was under a 15 minute drive. Yvette was so accommodating and communication with her was excellent!

Extended Family Gathering for out of state wedding

Eight of our family members (3 generations) stayed in this home. It was the perfect location to get to all our events. Host was very quick to reply to any questions. The iron was not working and another was delivered quickly. We had a wonderful stay!

Only street parking for 6 bedrooms

All went well. Neighborhood made us a little nervous parking only on the street when the house had locking storm doors and exterior doors. A lot of building renovations happening and area is spotty and not fully occupied.

Adorable Place with a Small Issue

This was a beautifully restored historic home. There are so many bedrooms! Every child in our large family was able to have their own room. We had a great time! We also had multiple sightings of rodents, though, and mice feces on the kitchen surfaces.

Beautiful Home in Kansas

I come to Kansas a few times a year for corporate church events and I usually bring with me a small group. I really enjoy staying at this home. The house is elegantly decorated and polished in style. I’ve seen the home go through quite a few upgrades overtime and you can tell the owner takes very good care of the home. I always have great communication with the host and they are always willing to accommodate any special check in request I may have. The home has three restrooms. I usually bring with me a group of 8 or more people and we never run out of hot water. I will continue to book this beautiful home when I come to Kansas.

Perfect for family long weekend

The house was perfect for our get together of 9 adults for a long weekend. The house was quite large and bedrooms were quiet. The only thing heard would be an occasional police or EM siren. The house was close to all desired locations to visit (18th and Vine museums, World War 1 museum, City Market, Power and Light District, Crown Center, and Union Station). The host was very accommodating. When a coffee pot failed to operate, the host was very quick to respond and correct the situation. Thanks for enabling our stay to be quite enjoyable.

Nice Stay

Stayed over Christmas holiday with parents and family. We enjoyed the different sitting areas. House had ample space for all of us.

Great Birthday Celebration

We had a group of eight in town celebrating birthdays. The house was beautiful and exactly as described! The group was three couples and two singles, there was room for all of us to gather as a group for games or get some quiet time. Beautifully decorated, we had a great time!

Fun in KC

We were there to celebrate a bride to be. The location was super close to power and light district. The house was so clean and well designed. It was a fun space for 11 of us.

Had a great time in Paris

We had a great time. Conveniently located to great BBQ and the Royals. Very comfortable how and conducive to great visit for 3 couples. We had enough space to do our own thing and great time of Gin Rummy and Spades. Even got in some great TIC-TAC-TOE. Host was very nice and helpful. No issues for us and we would stay there again. Thanks!!

Great house

Great house with lots of room to spread out and enjoy your trip. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Yvette was easy to get a hold of and made our stay the best it could of been. I wanted a place the whole family could stay for the wedding of my son and this place got the Bill exactly. We loved the house with all its charm and the house was very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. My mom, which is always a skeptic, loved the house as well! Thanks for letting us make some special memories during such a special occasion for our family. You won’t be sorry booking this house.

Inside had good light and lots of space.

There was a lot to like about this this property except for two problems. First the third floor was very hot. It was 100 degrees in KC the day we arrived. Yvette sent people to look at the air conditioning twice but the only relieve came when the temperature dropped outside. The second problem is that the house is located on a narrow street with parking on only one side which is across from the house. There is no place to unload when you arrive except from the street. I was in KC for an event and had crates of supplies I sometimes had to carry one or two blocks when there was nothing available in front of the house.

Clean Home and Convenient Location

Excellent price and convenient location! Everything was clean and well-kept. The house was well-stocked with the basics and had lots of extras. Lots of areas for family to spread out and big enough areas for everyone to hang out together.
