This cottage was PERFECT for our little family of four. Very quiet area and perfect lakefront to relax for a final mini vacation before school starts. The fire pit and chairs were my favorite - hours spent reading there. The dock was great for fishing and docking our small boat - and the provided paddle boat was used quite a bit by the kids. The cottage itself has been updated and is very comfortable! Thank you!

This cute property is an adorable cottage with a million-dollar view over lake Oneida. There are amenities galore and the attention to detail was great. Everything needful was provided, it was all comfortable and overall an excellent stay. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee looking out over the lake …. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing couples retreat that I highly recommend!

Beautifully updated camp, it was our third stay at this cottage. Love the added space in the screened in dock house. Our kids loved the bunk bed and paddle boat. We stayed a little later in the summer and noticed quite a few more bugs and spiders but we expect some of that lakefront, just a warning to others, pack a citronella, enjoy the screened in space in the evenings and plan to eat inside this time of the season.

We loved our stay! The dock was excellent, loved the marker lights on the end too. The cabin was set up very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed using the tea kettle every night. It went well with the homemade banana nut bread I brought:) Great process of booking through our stay. We just wanted some peace and quiet on the lake and that’s what we experienced! We did go for ice cream once though :)We had a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be booking this again.

Perfect getaway! The home was spotless and one of the most well equipped rentals we have stayed in. Traci thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and quiet

Located in a peaceful cozy area. Great views for the morning cup of coffee. The gazebo was a perfect place to snuggle up and watch a thunderstorm over the lake. The peddleboat was fun.

Weekend Getaway

My fiance and I attended a wedding in Cleveland over memorial weekend. Thankfully we found this quaint cabin right on the lake! Beautiful cabin, cleaned very well, and everything was as it was described. We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful little cottage! It was very clean, stocked with essentials, host was quick to respond, nice long deck to tie our boat up to. Very quiet location and beautiful views!

stay was very enjoyable. Rainy and windy most of the time, so we were inside mostly, We still enjoyed our stay as cottage was so pleasant. My husband enjoyed so much he said he could live there year round.

Honeymoon

The cardinal cottage was a perfect get away for my wife and I, the area is nice and quiet and the cottage it is everything you could ask for. Will absolutely be returning to Onieda in the future.

End of summer at Cardinal Cottage - 2nd time

This was our second year at this beautiful cottage on the lake. We had an awesome time again! We love relaxing by the lake and hopefully can do it again next year.

Traci is a great host!she responds so quickly and thought of every detail! Everything was so spotless and the cottage is just adorable.We had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed time on deck and inside the cozy cardinal cottage

Another enjoyable visit

We had a great stay for a second time. The host was very responsive and checked on us. The cottage is small but well appointed for our stay with two small kiddos. We enjoyed coffee/hot tea on the decks, cooking breakfast on the Blackstone grill and taking the pedal boat to the nearby park and playground.
