Summary:

Rewind and relax at this beautiful sunny lakehouse on Billington Bay! Outfitted with new furniture and professional staging and cleaning, this property makes for the perfect, stress free vacation. This location is perfect for fishing, boating and swimming. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for guests to use. Inside is also equipped with a foosball table, ping pong table and dartboard in the garage. There are also 2 additional cots off of the master bedroom for additional sleeping space.



The Space:

You will receive all check in instructions 24 hours before check in.

The house was beautiful and the view was magnificent! It was so close to the venue of the bridal shower I was co-hosting and the perfect setting for all of the bridesmaids and brides to gather after. We told stories and laughed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. We all loved it.

We enjoyed our stay right on the lake. We celebrated my wife's birthday while there. From ages 8 to 76 there was plenty of room and lots to do. Nice size living room for people to talk, large dining table, a garage full of things for the young ones. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and the fire pit. the peninsula was great for serving. The bathroom was very clean with walk-in shower.The hosts are wonderful and easy to get along with.Several families could stay.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time swimming and relaxing with our grandchildren. This was our second time staying at this location and highly recommend it for a nice vacation retreat!

Great lake getaway

Great location to relax and play in the water. Far enough out to provide a break from city life, but not too far away from anything you would need. Very clean and well appointed. Attentive and accommodating hosts.

The house was very nice, carpets clean, well-equipped kitchen. What is pictured is the reality. I must note some issues that may or may not matter to some: - the temperature controls are automated and allow the temperature to rise significantly at night. This is an issue as all the bedrooms are upstairs where heat tends to collect. One can still manually adjust the temperature, but this will require some adjustment late at night. - the dart board in them game room is not operational. Foosball is off kilter, as is the pool table. So enjoyment of the game room was hindered somewhat. - there are no physically posted rules or directions on what is expected when one vacates the property. I was told by text to put out the garbage bins in the evening of the day I was also told to vacate the property by 10AM "at the latest." Perhaps many people stay past the given check out time and require the extra admonition. I am not one of those people. Despite these issues this is a very nice property, ideal for a larger group.

Quick family trip for Parents Weekend at Syracuse. Great spot to relax and reconnect. John and Mary are great hosts, essy to communicate with and very helpful.

Awesome lake view!

We stayed here for my daughters graduation at Syracuse University. It was about a 25 minute drive to SU. The owners were very responsive and helpful!! The lake is beautiful! Perfect for the 4 of us!!

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. The house is very comfortable and there’s a lot to do in the area . The kayaks and paddle boards were excellent. We really enjoyed all the indoor games as well. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend 5 stars.

Awesome quiet beautiful hideaway!

We had a great experience and it is such a great spot for a long weekend or longer. Right on the sandbar of the lake. It is amazing and great property. Definitely would book again and plan to bring my boys next time. Very family friendly and cool area to explore. We had a great fishing weekend with friends and wonderful weather. John and Mary were great with any questions we had. 100% recommend this property.

Recharge and Relax

This location was perfect for our week away from the hustle and bustle of the non vacation life. ENJOYED our stay and John was responsive and very helpful in making this vacation rental just right.

Beautiful and relaxing retreat!

This adorable lakefront cottage was perfect for a relaxing family weekend. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards in the sunshine and ping pong and foosball table when it rained! Rental included everything we needed. Cozy home with a beautiful view of Oneida Lake!

Mary and John are exceptional owners and the home is beautiful. Lake front access with a beautiful dock for the boat. This was are second time staying at the home and recommend it.

Perfect Spot!

Even though the weather was less than ideal, we had a lovely vacation. The rain kept us indoors most of the time, so the game room ended up being a big hit for our (competitive) teenagers! Would love to come back next summer and spend more time outdoors on the water and evenings at the fire. The location of this home is perfect!
