Another great stay!

This is our 3rd time staying over the holidays. Once again it was a great stay. One of the cleanest houses we have stayed at. I have ever stayed at. Thanks again for another good Christmas!

Beautiful lake front home close to Syracuse University campus

We stayed at this lovely home which is about 20 minutes from Syracuse University for a football game weekend with friends. It was spacious and comfortable for our two families and our children. A very well appointed kitchen was much appreciated as well as the cozy electric fireplace! All of the beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was beautiful! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing Lakeside vacation

We had a great time at this rental. The home was immaculate and provided so many amenities. We were also welcomed with cookies and s’mores fixings. The beds were comfortable and decor gets you in vacation mode. Best was being able to access the lake steps away from the house. There were plenty of chairs, lake toys and yard games to keep us occupied outside.

Beautiful stay on the lake

Our family had an excellent stay and we're thankful for the opportunity to view the solar eclipse! Everything in the house is recently updated and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting by firepit next to the lake, games, fishing and warming up by the fireplace. Kristen was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 2nd Stay!

This was our second time spending the holidays at Kristen’s house and it was just as GREAT as the first time. The house is a perfect layout for our family of five, in a great location and one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. If you are even thinking about booking here, just do it! You won’t regret it!!!

Lovely Home

Perfect getaway!

Our stay here was just perfect. The location and house are beautiful, there was plenty of room for everyone, everything is exactly as described and in amazing condition, and we just loved our visit!

Beautiful home

This was such a beautiful home in a great quiet location. The home was very clean and had everything you could think of. There was wood for fires, towels for showers! We will definitely be coming back. Out of all the rentals I’ve stayed at this has been my family’s favorite by far! We can’t wait to come back soon!

Amazing weekend stay

Kristen is a true "superhost" and the property was absolutely lovely. Kristen went out of her way from booking to check out to make sure our stay would be wonderful. Our experience was 100% positive. The house is beautiful, recently remodeled with brand new appliances, gorgeous bathrooms and great layout for a family. Kristen has everything in the house you could possibly need. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable (my 22-year-old son said he thought his bed was the most comfortable bed he ever slept on)! Sunrise over the lake from the main floor and upstairs bedrooms was beautiful! The property is located on a quiet street right on Lake Oneida with amazing views and we enjoyed walking on the dock. We would have loved to have more time to enjoy the paddle boards and fire pit! My family thought the house and location was absolutely perfect! I enthusiastically recommend Kristen and her lakeside property.

Perfect spot to spend family time

We recently rented Kristen's home for the Easter holiday weekend. We loved the special touch of the Easter decorations throughout the house. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there was room for everyone to spread out. This house is either new or newly renovated. The bathrooms were beautiful and big. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. There is a seating area on the second floor which was a great space for the kids to hang out. The kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space which made meal prep a breeze. We are not familiar with the area and Kristen was great at providing quick responses to my questions. There is a Wegmans close by. While there we took a trip into Syracuse to the zoo. We appreciated the close proximity to the highway. Although the highway is close it is incredibly quiet at this location. On the nicer days we were able to enjoy the Adirondack chairs down by the water. It was a beautiful view. There is a nice fire pit as well. We will definitely rent this home again when we are in the area.

Amazing Holiday Stay! Highly Recommend

This was one of the BEST places I have stayed at. We stayed in the house over Christmas. The house was cutely decorated for Christmas and my kids LOVED the Hot Chocolate Bar that was set up. If cleanliness is important to you, then this is the place to stay. I am picky with things being clean and I have nothing but 5 stars for the house. The next time I am back in town, I plan to stay here again.

Great place on the lake

What a great place. Totally updated and plenty of room. Gas fireplace is a nice touch. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Easy drive into Syracuse.

Cozy pristine lakefront home.

This home did not disappoint. Beautiful lakefront home with amazing views, sunrises, and sunsets. Newly renovated this home provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation any time of year. We highly recommend it and would come back anytime we plan on visiting the Syracuse area. The owner was so accommodating and easy to work with as well.

Surprising find in Brewerton!

What a great surprise to find such a beautiful, clean, updated home on the lake! We loved our stay. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was super clean, the beds and bedding were comfortable, great kitchen and appliances, and fabulous views of the lake! I almost don't want to post this review because we don't want too many others to find out about it (HA). Thanks so much for a great stay.

A wonderful relaxing place on the lake!

This property is better than advertised. The house was absolutely spotless, the place is very well maintained. The layout is perfect for a family vacation. It was very easy to find. The property owner is very nice and communicates very well. The next-door neighbor is a family friend and is one of the kindest people we've ever met! The view from Big Bay is absolutely spectacular. We went up to Lake Oneida to do some fishing, Big Bay is a great spot to catch fish, the Oneida River is also right there and also has some great fishing spots. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on the lake. I am definitely interested in coming back here again!

Perfect Graduation Retreat
