1st Time Family Connect that wasn’t a Funeral

1st Cousins Retreat Our fathers were brothers and have all passed away, leaving us as the now elders. We live miles apart and never connected as adults unless there was funeral. Since we didn’t know each other, we leaned in on quality SPACE to make our emerging connections flow. This space provided the PERFECT set up for us: 1. It was exceptionally comfortable, spacious and clean! 2. If decor matters to you, as it did for half our group, you will be thrilled by clean lines, modern styles, updated everything! 3. Location was central to all, as we were a short Uber ride away from all interests 4. Our host(s) were responsive to any and all questions, requests in very timely ways. The space elevated our connections and all four of us were grateful! Highly recommend it and would definitely return for future trips centering joy over grief! Thank you! KE

Lovely spacious house!

We had a wonderful stay at Mikhail's property. The air hockey/table tennis was a huge hit. The house was very spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend

Great property in a quiet neighborhood!

Our family stayed here while we were in town to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. She lives in assisted living so we needed a place to stay. The house was clean and spacious and easy access to the freeway. We weren’t at the house very much but it was comfortable for us when we were there. It was nice to have our base away from the craziness of Vegas yet close enough to get around to the Strip or Downtown Summerlin, etc. Owners/Managers were extremely communicative and responsive!

Spring break getaway

This was our second time staying at the house, and as usual, never disappointed all the rules was comfortable neat and tidy bathroom very spacious liberal was big enough to have family night game night and kitchen more than enough room for three adults to cook super comfortable excellent for the kids to spend their night time alone.I look forward to coming back in the near future😊

Awesome place for families

Perfect size and had all the right amenities , our kids loved the air jockey table and our main bathroom tub and shower combo was spa like . The kitchen has everything we needed and even a rice cooker !

Family Reunion

We had all of our kids and their spouses meet us for a 50th anniversary celebration. The house was great and it was just as expected from the listing. Mikhail and Ping were always responsive and very considerate. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Very nice!

We thoroughly loved staying here. It was a great location and close to grocery stores and freeway. The house was great especially having 3 full baths. This made it nice for our teenage girls. The kitchen, dinning room, and TV room being all open made it nice to all be together. I highly suggest this house. Thank you so much Mikhail.
