This is a Two-story pool home. Your home away from home. It is a 3 bed 2.5 bath. It has a cozy living area with a smart TV. There is another area with a fireplace to sit along with a selfie wall! The dinning table is large enough to fit all guests. You will be centrally located between the 15 and 215 freeway. Great and safe neighborhood with a park, shops and restaurants all less than a mile radius. **PETS may be considered upon request for an additional fee***

The stay was very nice the host was very attentive to everything we needed . Only thing I can say is the outdoor furniture was very weathered mabye in need for an upgrade . The neighborhood is very quiet , overall I really enjoyed my stay . Will book again if needed than you

Great home with plenty of restaurants and services around.

Very clean and easy. Close to services, grocery and gas as well as close to airport.

Great stay

Very clean, very convenient to travel. The pool was amazing as well. The house was perfect size - not too big or small. Perfect for my solo trip, but would definitely consider to book again with a group of friends. Owner was very attentive.

PoolWas refreshing. Clean and the design is very fun. The house allowed forSo many options for sleeping. All rooms were welcoming and comfortable. Access to WiFi and and TV viewing (even though not there much) was easy and accommodating. Will consider staying again.

The house did our purpose. Pool was perfect size. Spacious for our needs. The A/C worked. Host was responsive and communicative with me. Her check-in & check-out was detailed, short, simple. Only downfall negative parts I would have to say is:Kitchen had 1 towel. No mats either. Also no mop pads for the Swiffer. Not enough toilet paper since our stay was 3 days. Dining table is glass and not secured to stay in place.Washer & dryer was a little confusing to use at first.

The dogs next door could be a bit obnoxious when out while pool was in use. That is my only complaint. Otherwise this place is exactly what it advertised and a fantastic deal

Host was amazing ! Property lived very well. Neighbors to the right were amazing...neighbors to the left had many dogs that barked all the time...day and night...it appears they are moving and that problem will be solved. The house is a bit worn and could use some refresh but again lived well and was very comfortable. Very centrally located and easy to get to things to do with the family and to the strip. Uber drivers live in the neighborhood and pickup times were less than 5 minutes every time. Pool was great for the family. Overall an enjoyable stay !

The house was very clean…. The reason I gave a 3 star rating was… 1) not awash clothes or hand towels to be seamen in the whole house, only one kitchen towel2) we had to tighten all the kitchen chairs before we could sit on them. They were very wobbly.3) one of the living room chairs were broken.4) all the cushions and rattan furniture outside where sun rotted.4) and the grill was a rusted mess. If I can add pictures, I will.

Great stay, centrally located but needs a little TLC

Overall the boat was phenomenal in communication, checking in with you and very welcoming. Pool is phenomenal and it is central to everything we were in town for. I will say though that the place needs a little TLC. The master shower has the water coming out at 90 mph, it hurts. There are a few nails in the carpet that poked me everytime. There is not enough lighting. Could use a new bbq in the back, took me awhile to figure it out. Lawn chairs were okay, no umbrella so we did not eat or lounge outside. The sliding glass door was a pain. Garbage disposal does not work. If things were fixed and the backyard was a place I could retreat to, I would stay here again.

The cleanliness of ceiling fans and bathrooms was completely unacceptable. The cigarette butts on the patio - disgusting, the rickety patio furniture - disappointing. The lack of access to the garage yet another disappointment. I was local and needed a stay due to repairs in my home. It is unfortunate that this was one of the only options I had in my circumstances. As a guest - I paid and left the property as expected. So unfortunate the expectations were not reciprocated.

We proactively reached out to you during your reservation to ensure everything was going well and to provide an opportunity to address any issues immediately. At no point did you mention concerns regarding cleanliness, the patio, or any other aspect of the property. Had these matters been brought to our attention, we would have gladly investigated and taken appropriate action. Additionally, garage access is not advertised as an amenity and is clearly disclosed prior to booking. We strive to provide accurate information so guests can make informed decisions before reserving. We take pride in maintaining our property and consistently receive positive feedback from guests. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we believe concerns are most effectively resolved when communicated during the stay rather than after checkout, when no opportunity to address them is provided.
