Shadow Mountain Lodge - This spacious 4 bed, 4 bath house with 5th bonus room is just a quick 2 blocks from the shopping and dining of Main Street, is situated on a quiet residential block, and boasts sweeping mountain views! This home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Additionally, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less.
The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Shared bathroom; Bedroom 2 (upper level): (sleeps 4), Two twin/twin Bunks, Attached bath – this bath will be shared with bedroom 1; Bedroom 3 (main level): (sleeps 2), Primary with king size bed, Attached bath, fireplace, and access to patio; Bedroom 4 (lower level): (sleeps 2), Queen-size bed, Attached bath; Extra Sleeping (lower level): (sleeps 4) Main level office area with queen size sleeper sofa; Media room with queen size sleeper sofa; Pack n' play. Maximum overnight capacity - 12

This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge Colorado with access to world class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and a nationally recognized arts district.
Getting Around:
A car is not needed as it is in the heart of town and walkable to everything in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift accessing Peak 9 is just a 7 minute walk from the house. Two minutes away you will find a shuttle stop with a bus which will take you to any base area (base 7, 8, or 9) or anywhere in town.
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make staying with us as easy and hassle-free as staying in a hotel. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. We’re here to make your stay perfect! Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.
