'Ahoy Story' Beachfront Condo Just Steps from the Sand

Welcome to our second home: a beachfront condo we call "Ahoy Story." Our vacation space is Unit 202 at the famous Sea Gypsy, located in Lincoln City where the famous D River meets the Pacific Ocean.

Our condo can sleep five people comfortably in two separate sleeping areas. We have an oceanfront suite with a queen sofa-bed. In the master bedroom we have an incredibly soft queen bed and a twin bed as well. Each side of our condo has its own private bathroom.

If there's someone in your family who likes to cook, we provide a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. All cookware, plates and utensils are provided. We stay in our condo often and cook all the time, so we and spare no details.

Our living room has the sofa-bed, a reclining chair, an electric fireplace and a dining table right up against our oceanfront windows. You can sit here throughout the day and watch for migrating whales, harbor seals, sea lions and other surprises. We've seen migrating orcas and there's a bald eagle who occasionally makes a cameo.

Our condo is on the north end of the Sea Gypsy, near the shortest of three beach access points. Ours is just six steps from the sand. From the beach in front of our unit, you can walk 3 1/2 miles either direction. If you walk north you will encounter natural tide pools just 10-15 minutes away. To the south is the famous D River, where you kids can play in ankle deep water.

If splashing around outside is not your thing, take a dip in our indoor saltwater pool. It's open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year. There's a dry sauna in our pool room, too. Sea Gypsy guests also have access to a guest laundry facility and some outdoor BBQ grills.
