Summary:

"Going Coastal" is an adorable oceanfront condo that sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. Beach access is just a block away with a private entry. Enjoy the game room on site. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies. The fireplace is currently non-functional.



The Space:

"Going Coastal" is an adorable ocean-view condo that sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom for a comfortable stay. This unit is perfect for cooking to your heart's desire with its fully stocked kitchen or relaxing and enjoying an amazing sunset over the ocean views in its private balcony.



Beach access is just a block away! Enjoy the indoor swimming pool and game room on site. Up to two well-behaved furry companions are welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



Please note: The fireplace is currently non-functional.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Our stay at Surftides Plaza was great. We loved being so close to the beach. The only downside is that parking is extremely limited and required parking down the block most of the time. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect in every way. The only problem was getting the door open. However the office was open and perfect help! This unit you have to pull on the door after you put the code in then push it hard to open. They should tell you that before you check in!

The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the owner thought of a lot of little details, especially for your pets travelling with you.The beach access was incredibly convenient!The location itself is right in the middle of town, so you don’t have to travel far to get to stores, restaurants, etc.The hosts were very accommodating and responded to my questions in a timely manner, and were very kind and helpful.The only suggestion/ improvement I would make is to put blackout curtains in the bedroom. The window faces a brightly lit walkway, so at night it wasn’t as dark as I prefer it, but I’m sure others prefer it a little on the lighter side!Will definitely book again for the next time!

They were doing maintenance on the property while I was there. So a lot of banging during the day was happening. I wanted 2 beds and only had one with a hide a bed. We were there 6 days. We were supplied with 1 full roll of toilet paper and a half a roll. The maintenance crew were vey nice and helpful. Had a key code to get in, called the help line . Had to wait 15 till could access the room and a maintenance man explained how to make the door open.

Great Little Condo!

Wonderful place to stay with a great ocean view! They were very pet friendly and even had spare dog beds and bowls there for you to use! Would definitely come back!

Mother/Daughter get away

The property was perfect for us. The recliner and walk in shower were perfect for my mom! We also enjoyed thd nice warm spacious pool and the view was awesome! Thank you for sharing!

Very Cute and Comfy

Had a great time. The beach is a short walk across the street and the condo has everything we needed. The pool and gave room were fun to enjoy. Would recommend for a fun little getaway.

The place was comfortable, cute decor, nice bathroom, and the food mat/ wall hooks for the dog were a nice touch. We didn’t get a view out the back window due to construction, the door was completely covered with plastic. I know this isn’t in their control, but it was disappointing. Checking in was a bit rough as our code was not working, but it was late at night and we were still able to get in touch with the hosts and it was quickly resolved. Communication was great. It was nice to have close access to the beach & to shops and restaurants. The bed isn’t the most comfortable, and the tv’s are a bit complicated and don’t have normal channels. Parking is also quite limited. Just some things to note if you’re particular about these. Overall, we still had a great trip!

Cute Home Away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our last summer hurrah at this fun little home away from home. It was the most relaxing time and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed being so close to beach access and being able to cook our own meals. Will come back for sure!

Nice to find this pet friendly unit on short notice. The condo was cozy fit the three of just fine. The location was very convenient as it was a short walk to the beach.

Loved the accommodations. Everything there that I needed. Clean, neat. Surrounding grounds also well kept. Nice view and access to beach. Great for my little pug as well. Would not hesitate to book again.

So cutie!

So cutie, so comfy and so convenient! Perfect view of the beach with access right across the street. Loved everything about our stay. Place was clean and had everything that we needed. Renting, check in and check out process were so convenient. We will definitely be back next year!

Nice room

Overall we enjoyed our stay, took some time to get used to the buildings rules in regards to the pool, laundry, parking, pets etc.

Thank you for your review, Megan. The combination of residents, visitors, pets, and guests does lend Surftides Plaza Condominiums a "village" feel. Great job fitting right in!
