Very smooth check-in and kept in contact with you throughout your stay in case if you needed anything. Place was clean and provided what you needed and was not far from the strip with just a short ride. If I had to say anything negative I would just say a lot of steps inside the unit. But thatā€™s just nick picking. Overall had an excellent stay and would pick again

Thank you so much for the great review! Weā€™re glad you had a smooth check-in, found the home clean and well-equipped, and enjoyed the convenient location. We also appreciate the note about the stairs and are happy to hear they didnā€™t take away from your overall experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and weā€™d love to welcome you back again! šŸ˜Š

Great place for a large group!

Thank you to the staff on Minty! Quick responses and always checking in on us to ensure we were having a nice stay! Place was perfect for a large group. Great proximity to DT and mid-town! They even allow a late check-out for a small fee which I thought was perfect as we had a late flight. I will definitely come back!

Perfect for Large Groups

We booked this place for my husband's 30th birthday and it was perfect for the larger group we had coming! Plenty of space for everyone, and we were even able to enjoy the rooftop fire pit in January. So nice!

Thank you, Jillian, for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the AC freezing over and the confusion with your neighbors. We have since provided clear instructions to all guests regarding optimal AC settings to prevent this from happening in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the neighbor's mix-up and would love the opportunity to host you again. Our goal is to provide every guest with a 5-star experience, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay!

Nash Bash

Came for my little sisterā€™s Bachelorette party with family and some friends and had a great time. The two town homes were perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. The beds were so comfortable which is plus. We would definitely book this house again with this group. Not a good option if you canā€™t walk stairs but that goes for most homes/ townhomes in TN lots of stairs.

I reserved this property thru VRBO was told that my stay was booked, then received information from Stay Minty requiring further information. I had to take a dated selfie of me with my drivers liscense. I felt that this was a little over the top.The property met our needs, as it was clean, spacious with a wonderful rooftop/patio area. but caused some stress. We had a seven hour drive to reach our destination and did not receive check in information until two hours before arrival. We were told that we would receive check in information as soon as the condo was ready. This made me really uncomfortable. What happens if the condo is not ready? My past experience has been that check in information is received 24 hours ahead of time. They also do not supply check out information on site. We had to request it.The toilet in one bathroom was plugged up, we ran out of propane for both condos. One of the TV's died on our second day. While some of this is out of the management teams control others weren't. For me (being the person in charge of this rental) the stay was very stressful as I had to continously reach out to the management team and respond to many texts during may stay. The gentleman who delivered more propane was very friendly and helpful as one of the bedrooom doors somehow locked with no one in the room and we couldn't get it to unlock.
