This listing and the prices shown are for BOTH houses. Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views. So a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. FULL SIZE lots so plenty of privacy and neighbors NOT sleeping less than 10 feet from roof top deck u want to party on. 

Each house sleeps 12 people; therefore the property sleeps 24 total. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses.  Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. Two 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.

Large cedar fenced backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence.  Backyard is ready to entertain with Cornhole sets, putting greens, stand up bar 6 fire pits, sectional and loungers, 2 HOT TUBS and .... Massive pergola for event ceremonies or outside dining for up to 30 seated and 65" outdoor TV. Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! The house was perfect for our group — spacious and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like home the moment we walked in. Michael was an incredible host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a large group and these two houses were perfect for us! They have an open floor plan and lots of beds to accommodate large groups. There were also plenty of bathrooms and the hosts provided plenty of towels for showers. The host Michael communicates well with you throughout your stay and is very accommodating! I highly recommend these houses if you have 15-20 people traveling together! 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft ride to Broadway.

We rented both condos for the weekend. The backyard was so cool. We enjoyed the hot tubs. Easy drive to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent stay. The houses were both huge, extremely clean, and up to date. We had a group of 16 for a bachelor party fit comfortably and could easily have fit many more. Beds were comfortable. House had toiletries, linens, coffee, kitchen appliances, laundry machines, grill, and more for use. The yard was huge and had yard games, hot tubs, lounge chairs, and a long table to hang at. Mike and Kristen were the best hosts - great with communication, even stocked the house with drinks for us before arrival to save us time going to the store. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were helpful with recommendations for groceries, food, etc. The house was secure with padlocks and everyone felt safe. We were easily able to get cheap Ubers/Lyfts to Broadway (10 min drive from house). Overall 10/10 would recommend and hope to return!

A Great Property For Large Groups

My fiancé and I had friends from all corners of the country come to stay with us for our engagement party. The host was very easy to reach and the property had more than enough space and amenities. It was conveniently located and allowed us to move a large group around the city with ease. Would definitely stay at the property again if we were to host another large group in town.

Good place for a family get together

This was a nice place to stay for our extended family’s Thanksgiving get together! Nice parking behind the houses and we enjoyed using the 2 hot tubs!

Perfect Spot

We had a large group of friends and family for a 40th birthday celebration. The houses were beautiful and allowed us a place to relax and hang out away from Downtown but close enough to Uber to everything. Everyone in our party couldn’t say enough good things about the houses. Micheal was an amazing host, checking in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well and even shipping some items one of us left behind. Highly recommend staying here.

GREAT FOR GROUPS!

Enjoyed out stay immensely at Talbot's Corner. We had a large group come for a 3 night stay during the Packers vs Titans weekend. These homes were perfect for our group. Everything is updated, clean and well laid out. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway Street. It happened to be in the mid 90's that weekend and one of the air conditioners was not working up to par. The management company came out immediately and replaced it along with a gift for our trouble. Above and beyond with the service. Highly recommend!
