Recommend this property for anybodywho wants to have a phenomenal view worth every dollar staff is extremely friendly. Pictures are very accurate..

This is a beautiful property situated right on oak creek with stunning decks to sit out in. I will say during our stay the pull out couch was not available and the single bed at the very top doesn’t feel super safe to use. Overall though this place as amazing location and is super clean and beautiful. Hosts were very responsive. Would stay again.

Very on brand for Sedona, Southwest vibes. Really enjoyed having a creek in the backyard, very peaceful. Well appointed amenities, perfect for a family on vacation. Host communication was great. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We really liked how close this is to everything while also feeling like we were in our own private oasis. Fantastic location with fabulous views. Definitely felt like we were off the beaten path, but were actually quite close to everything. Perfection.

Great location, beautiful setting. Place is not super friendly towards small kids, lots of sharp corners hard tile floors, live cactus in the living room, but otherwise it's lovely.

Spacious house. Very well appointed kitchen. Three decks facing out to bubbling oak creek river. Kids enjoyed dipping toes in river and playing on rocks. Overall super property for our family of four who love to be active and alternate cooking and dining out while vacationing.

Fantastic property. Very clean. Great location. Nicely secluded, but with quick access to main road and all things to do in Sedona. Dramatic views of surrounding nature. Three separate balcony decks with welcome shade from trees on hot days. Super clean BBQ grill with full propane (we didn't use). Pet friendly! Things to know: The main level is up a flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues, this could be challenge for you. The property is open to nature and is not fenced. So you can't just put pets outside unattended for potty breaks. You will want to leash them when they go outside as there could be javelinas nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were pretty and had amazing views. The house provided all the things we would need away from home. Sitting on the balcony while overlooking the creek was a favorite morning and evening relaxing ritual. However, the floors in the house weren’t clean, the house had a weird smell, the fridge had a gross smell. We would love to stay here again though hoping that normally it is cleaned better.

Very nice house with amazing views of Oak Creek and the red rocks. Super convenient location near downtown Sedona on a quiet private road. We stayed 9 nights with our dogs and we would definitely recommend this property.

This home is ideal for that peaceful river setting. Trees are beautiful all around and private. Go here to unwind and play guitar among the birds. We did, and would return.I’d give this a 5/5 except I thought it odd that these huge windows and balcony railings were full of tiny webs. Good news was there were no bugs inside or out, so it’s a trade off maybe and a natural presence.Other things overlooked and minor like toaster burns one side, outdoor lamps banged up, some minor furniture wear. So a bit more TLC and I would rate this outstanding and quite special - honest review.

Weather was bad, it was cloudy and rainy, eventually turned into snow but this home was the perfect place to be. The glass roof is Amazing to watch the rain and snow while staying warm the backyard and front yard views are amazing lots of wildlife too. The house has lots of character. We will be back for sure!
