Fantastic stay at this property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to hiking, grocery stores and any Sedona attraction. Communication with Jared the host was outstanding. Will stay no place else in Sedona.

Fantastic location and views of Sedona's red rocks. Excellent floorplan and a very quiet neighborhood. We loved sitting on the outdoor covered patio!

The property and the view are fantastic! The neighborhood was nice as well. I felt safe walking by myself at 6:00am every morning of our stay. There is also easy access to hiking trails two streets up from the house. I highly recommend the Sugarloaf Trails. There are spectacular views from the summit. The house was clean and stocked with basic cook wear. The beds are comfortable and linens are of good quality. The home also features some very nice artwork! The view from the back patio made for a wonderful breakfast location. This is a great place to stay!

Beautiful, convenient property

This house was in the perfect location for our family to go on multiple hikes. It was convenient to downtown and upper Sedona. There was plenty of room, and the view was amazing from every room.

Magical Sedona

Our New Favorite Vacation Home

This is a perfect place to stay if you are interested in daily hikes with trailheads within walking distance. It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with West Sedona down the street at your finger tips. The home itself is beautiful and well decorated. We loved the backyard patio and the views. House was very clean and communication with the host Jared couldn't have been any easier. We will definitely be back.

LOVED this centrally located Sedona property

This property was perfect for a group of girlfriends. The view from the patio was amazing! Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer. The property manager was helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Home with Breathtaking Views

One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in! The house was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and equipped with all of the comforts of home plus more. The views of the red rocks were stunning and so close you could almost reach out and touch them. We were also so very close to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Great rental. Close to restaurants, Devils Bridge and Faye Canyon. Beautiful location with views from the living room, kitchen and two of the three bedrooms. Clean house. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in. We would stay again. We stayed with our two adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Hidden Gem in the Red Rocks

We stayed in this beautiful home for our family vacation. It was the best week ever! It's a great floorplan for families and it's perfectly stocked with everything you need to make it your home away from home. Close to everything in Sedona, but still tucked away so it feels secluded. Communication with the Host was fast and friendly. The neighborhood is just stunning. We definitely plan to stay again!

Peaceful haven

This is a lovely spacious home in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. Out of the fray but close to everything. The view from all rooms is spectacular. Nicely furnished with comfy beds. A quick 2 minute walk leads you to an extensive network of breathtaking trails. Jared is an attentive host who responds immediately to any issue or query. Love the artwork in the garden.

Great Sedona Experience

Great House , Great Location Stayed the weekend with friends over from Europe. The house was spacious , very clean, well stocked, plenty of small appliances, which was nice . We didn’t want for anything. Jared was excellent to work with. Really liked his follow up / follow through. We’ll do it again!

Thunderous joy

Staying in any place that’s not home can be a challenge. This is not the case here we found our space we found our trails we wanted, and we found the peace and quiet. Mommy chose just to relax.

Super Sedona Stay

Our stay in the Red Rock Sanctuary was fantastic. We knew it would be special when we pulled into the driveway with the Red Rocks rising behind the immaculately landscaped property featuring a native Indian art piece by the porch. The interior lay out creates a large common area while providing privacy with the bedrooms located at opposite ends of the home. The multitude of artistic pieces, particularly the two large paintings of horses gave the home a showplace feel. The kitchen was well-stocked and we took advantage of the outdoor grill to make a steak and salad dinner one night. The location is close to both trails and a grocery. It was a wonderful two nights and I kept pinching myself when I'd glance out the window to where the red rocks stood majestic and beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The views of red rocks out the back windows, including Coffee Pot Rock, were such a wonderful way to start the day! While there are a couple steps up to the front of the home, the single level nature of the home was essential for my in-laws who are in their 80s. The home is well-appointed and very clean, and we appreciated all the labels in the kitchen that made it very easy to find things. Jared was fabulous with communication and all directions for check-in and access were clear and easy. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with nearby trails into the red rocks for those who want to venture out. We plan to stay here again in the future.
