Our 2nd stay at this property was as excellent as the 1st one. Jared and Folsom Property Management are superb hosts. Property is super clean, comfortable, very well equipped and in a convenient location to anything you need, including a hiking trail connection literally feet from your front door. We're already making plans to go back and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks for another great stay!

We had a lovely time in beautiful Sedona. The house was gorgeous, clean, and centrally located to everything. And the views! I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

We absolutely loved this home! Very spacious, wonderful beds, beautiful and very quiet neighborhood in a great location close to many restaurants. The home had an amazing view of coffee pot rock and thunder mountain. Exploring Sedona Arizona needs to be on everyone’s bucket list!!!

The home was beautiful and had an excellent view in the back. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was spacious and comfortable. Our coffee pot malfunctioned and we had a new one delivered within hours. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect - West Sedona. We were able to make many easy stops at a local grocery store to replenish our food supplies, and found lots of great restaurants in Sedona. The layout of the house with the master on one side and the other king-bed bedroom on the other worked perfectly for our 2 couple trip. There were no stairs and a very large center kitchen/dining/living area - perfection.

Beautiful house, very clean. In a safe neighborhood. We went hiking from the house. The teacup to coffee pot trail is right there. More space than we needed. Views were also excellent

Fantastic stay at this property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and close to hiking, grocery stores and any Sedona attraction. Communication with Jared the host was outstanding. Will stay no place else in Sedona.
