Have a relaxing stay in this modern fully furnished rental in the North Scottsdale area. Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic Cal. King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 3 people.( Maximum 4 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show. Great location

We picked this spot mostly because of location. 20 mins to camelback, downtown old Scottsdale and 30 to spring training. Host communicated everything timely and it was very clean!

10 days to visit friends. Great location. Pool was fun including a hot tub and steam. Everyone friendly. Close to Thompson Peak road entrance.

Easy walk to Barret-Jackson car auction. Beautiful and clean property. Great pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Plenty of restaurants within a couple miles.

Great condo

This was a perfect condo for a week in Scottsdale. Close to many hiking trails. Clean and cozy. Allowed us to have a late check out.

Nice place, great host

The owner was very helpful and communicated quickly The place was clean and well stocked ( although I didn’t use the kitchen). It was nice to have parking close by. One comment. - not something the owner could do anything about. I got home about 1:30 in the morning and there was a guy “ cleaning” the front of his car. The property was not gated so I was very nervous. I pulled away for thirty minutes and drove bank. He was gone This morning at 8:00 am he was out again cleaning by his car. Hi car wasn’t clean - I think he was staying there uncomfortably

Great condo in fabulous location

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo in a great Scottsdale location. Owner was very engaged, and the place had everything we needed. It also has a dedicated parking space near the unit which was nice. Highly recommend this property for those wanting a very clean, comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it!

Great location and size

Great unit condo/complex for 1-2 people. I wasnt able to utilize the full facilities as i has hoped, but did tour them. Unit was clean and comfortable, had great air conditioning and the patio was nice size with shades to maximize comfort. Only difficult i had was seeing the building and parking numbers when i arrived as jt was dark and they are not super well lit.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It had everything we needed. It’s in an excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and had a great pool and gym area. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the iron didn’t work but we messaged the host and he brought us a new one. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay and Location

The unit was just as described, well stocked with extra pillows, towels, beach towels, laundry supplies, etc. Was mostly quite clean, but some areas could use a deep clean (tops of appliances, baseboards, switches, etc. where the dust bunnies were pretty thick), but the host was very accommodating with check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if we had the need.
