Signature Scottsdale is a great place to stay. It is truly resort like with lush landscaping, two pools, hot tub, fire pit and a fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, sauna and steam room. Shopping and dining are only steps away.

This condo is located on the first floor close to the largest pool, Bbq area and fitness center. It has one bedroom with a plush king size bed for a great night's rest. The couch also folds out with a full size memory foam mattress to accommodate additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to whip up a great meal and serve it. A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit.

High speed internet with WiFi is included.

This condo was one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in with Vrbo! It was spotlessly clean, very lovely in terms of decor, and had a very comfortable bed and bathroom. The host was exceptional, and made it easy to get into the property, along with giving us excellent restaurant suggestions nearby. The property itself conveniently located in a very nice part of North Scottsdale, right next to an AJ’s grocery store and a Starbucks, simply a five minute walk away. This property is extremely quiet and has a lovely pool as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The condo was nice and clean..also it was close to the pool and gym. The complex is in a convenient location..close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent host ..great communication.

Gail’s property was amazing!! Not only was it beautiful and had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable. Gail was an extraordinary host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! Truly a 5 star experience!

Amazing Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay and our host. Everything was lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. We were quite busy and a little chilly during our stay, but the amenities available were so nice, wished we could have taken part. Next time, we'd stay here again for sure!

Awesome place to stay!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the pool & spa. I appreciated that the owner checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would definitely book again.
