This is one of the coziest, well kept rentals we have ever stayed in. This cottage is very updated and Joy keeps these cabins so clean it's beyond words. Thanks so another great stay!

The host was quick to answer inquiries. The cottage was great and had the woodsy feel. Very clean and well maintained. It was also nicely decorated for the Christmas season.

Perfect cabin for 2 couples. The cabin had everything we needed.

Exceptional location and property. We enjoyed the cabin and it would love to visit again. It was fun to hang out and play board games.

Nice Place

This cabin was perfect for four who were in town for a wedding. Joy was very nice and very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

What a beautiful, spacious cottage! We loved the warm fireplace and comfortable king size bed. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was large and exceptionally clean. The entire space was very clean and comfortable, and it was a very easy drive into Dahlonega to enjoy all the Christmas lights and festivities. We can’t wait to come back!

Lone Bear Cottage

Great place to stay near Dahlonega. Listing is accurate and Joy was very easy to communicate and work with during our stay. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay!

What a great property! It was so clean, comfortable and quiet (other than an occasional rooster crowing - but it didn't bother us at all). We loved this property so much that we ended up renting it again the following weekend. We look forward to staying again when we return to Dahlonega.

Perfect!

What a wonderful place to stay near Dahlonega. This has to be the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced. It was just perfect for our family of 3. We look forward to visiting again!

Charming cabin!

My husband and I stayed in this adorable cabin over the weekend for a wedding in Cleveland. The cabin was perfect for us! It was clean, carefully appointed, nestled in the woods, and was close to both Cleveland and Dahlonega. We would definitely stay again and bring our children.

A home away from home

It is always a pleasure returning to Lonebear cottage. Comfortable in every way. The hosts have provided everything we need for a short or longer stay.

Another Great Visit

This our third time staying at the Cottages. Everything is immaculately clean, and the property is private with outdoor firepit. Centrally located to downtown Dahlonega and the multitude of wineries in the area. We will be back!!

Beautiful property, very comfortable, exceptionally clean. Exactly as advertised, plus some. We enjoyed the extra little touches throughout the cottage, such as the welcome sign and the notebook of menus from local restaurants. Plus the owners are truly nice people and very responsive. Will definitely consider again next time we're in Dahlonega.

We will be back!

This location was great! You are 2 minutes from Doghobble and 5 minutes from Cavendar. Kaya and other wineries are close too! The place itself was VERY clean and had everything you needed. The firepit was a bonus! Ubereats delivers as well! Great stay!!!

Wonderful!

The cabin was sparkly clean & quaint! It was as described. Highly recommend & we hope to return to it! The whole process was easy; we were very pleased & enjoyed our stay…just too short of a stay.

Fabulous Cottage

My friend and I got away for a weekend to visit Dahlonega. The cabin is beautiful and lacked for NOTHING. It was spotless, clearly well maintained, and so cozy. Could not have asked for more.
