The pellet stove keeps the 4 season room toasty in the winter months. The hot tub on the back porch overlooks the valley You will find this secluded 12 acres a true paradise.
The property is within 30 min to the city The Amish community is within 15 min. You will enjoy the birds and wildlife

Cozy Cabin

Cozy cabin on an absolutely beautiful secluded property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and all the nature around us. Mt. LaCrosse ski area is about 25 minutes away where we spent 2 days skiing.

If you're looking to get away, this place is perfect. Totally secluded location. Quiet! Lovely property. House well appointed. Would definitely go back.

Lovely cabin in the woods

The cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The property is secluded and we saw tons of birds and lightning bugs. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after a long hike or a kayak trip down the Kickapoo river (Mr Ducks was a fantastic place to rent kayaks, tubes or canoes). Excellent dining and shopping in nearby La Crosse. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable!

This was a great place to add to our trip to LaCrosse for state track. It is well represented in the description and reviews. As everyone says, it is remote. Maybe a bit more remote than I realized but in beautiful country.

Cozy rustic cabin

We enjoyed this cabin in spite of it’s fairly remote location. The deck, front porch, sunroom and fire pit gave it a homey and relaxing feel. The beds were very comfortable, and there were nicely renovated bathrooms. The property is a bird lovers’ paradise, with multiple feeders in the yard.

Ladies Getaway

We stayed for a Bachelorette party. It is rustic and aways out there, but so worth it! Very clean and has everything you need. Plenty spacious and comfortable. We cant wait to make a family trip next time.

Yearly Family Trout Trip

Trout Fishing with family in the Driftless Area has been our get away for years. This little gem of a property tops them all. As our family has grown, so does the need for space. Man, what beautiful surroundings this place has to offer inside and out. Our growing family (dogs included) could not ask for more. It is our definite destination each Spring.

Ski festival weekend

The home and property were beautiful. Perfect for our group and very close to the snowflake festival grounds. Hot tub was perfect for warming up❄️ Would highly recommend this place😊

A blessing in a valley

We really felt like we were at home. The hot tub was a great addition to the hiking and snowman building. . It was a beautiful property. I hope we can come back when we can see the property with no snow. Thanks again for sharing such a blessing. I would love to know the history of the property. You have truly made it a home!

Great cabin, terrible garbage smell

The cabin is great and location is beautiful and peaceful. House was clean, comfortable and plenty big for our group to spread out. Decks were wonderful to sit on and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Our one major complaint was that the dumpster on the property smelled horrid. It was overwhelming when you went outside (it's right by the driveway). If something can be done about that then it's about the perfect secluded getaway!

Great getaway!

Wonderful experience. Set back in a hidden valley with nature as your neighbor. The cabin is spacious, well kept and clean. Would we rent again? A resounding YES

Return trip this fall!

We rented in the spring and returned this fall as the property is just perfect for bringing together our families from Minneapolis and Chicago in a great setting with lots of open outdoor space and bon fire pit.

2021 summer Trip

This is an amazing house so private our dogs loved the freedom of running around trails are extremely nice hot tub on back porch was a plus and the home is roomy and cozy grandkids loved it we will be back next year for sure

It is totally secluded. You can hear nothing except the birds and wildlife. The hot tub is so amazing on the deck at night. Everytime I sit in it I tell myself how lucky I am to have a piece of paradise. It is to beautiful not to share.
