The master bedroom is located on the main floor and furnished with a king bed, large walk in closet and has direct access to rear yard pool and spa.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. One is furnished with a king bed and the other two offer queen beds.

The family room is equipped with a 65" TV. The home is also equipped with three smaller smart TV's that can be used in the bedrooms.

North Scottsdale offers endless restaurant options within 10 minutes from Grayhawk, fabulous hiking, and world-class golf.

This home has everything you will need for a great family and golf vacation.

PROPERTY FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
-$300 cleaning fee.
-Tenants are responsible to fill the propane tank if used. (Propane available at Pinnacle Peak Ace Hardware)
-Tenants will also be charged $200 for lost or damaged garage door openers
-Tenants must run the dishwasher and run a load of towels that were used during the stay. Tenants are also responsible for filling the propane tanks. There is an Ace hardware 1 mile from the home to refill.

IMPORTANT: Please provide the number of guests prior to booking. There is a maximum guest requirement to maintain the integrity of the home and neighborhood and will be agreed upon prior to booking. No additional guests beyond what was agreed to or will be subjected to additional charges. Parties are not allowed out of respect for the community. This property is a non-smoking home.
*Pool and/or spa can be added for $50/day. Not included in the price. *additinal guest fee $100 per night. No large groups out of respect for the community.
