Hi, the condo is owner-managed, and we look forward to receiving your 5-Star feedback! Relaxation awaits in our 3BR condo boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay from our oversized balcony. Open those windows in the MBR and sleep to the sounds of the waves..... we are steps from the beach and the main pool area has a courtyard with outdoor grills and 3 pools to choose from (in season). Enjoy a week of family fun activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more or just do nothing at all! Our condo complex sits at the end of the Sandbridge Beach leaving False Cape Park and Back Bay Refuge our only neighbors. This is what makes Sandbridge Beach so special and simply tranquil.
With our recent renovation you will find all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy family time or find a spot to be still. The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout into the LR and DR area and a wonderful breakfast bar. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinets and space. Privately located MBR and Master Bath Suite.

Place was fantastic! Very clean and communication was amazing as well with the hosts. Couldn't ask for a better place to have stayed. The beach view was okay but we werent in the condo as much as we thought we would be. Would recommend and stay again!

Traveled to Sandbridge for first time to enjoy end of summer beach time and airshow at the Oceana Naval Air Station, which was an exceptional experience in itself. The condo is super with nice interior upgrades and very well stocked! The furniture and condo amenities are all well thought out to make the visit pleasant. The trip included our adult daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren (age 4 & 2). Perfect room layout for everyone to be comfortable. Just steps from the beach and great pools as well. Parking is also easy and convenient. The condo hosts are great, responding to my several pre-visit questions in just minutes. We went to the wrong building at check-in (our fault as the host provides detailed email) but she was available right away to clarify. Highly recommend!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful with plenty of room. Gorgeous views and extremely clean. Very friendly host with excellent communication. We had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great spot to get away
The condo was beautiful and having the pools and grills as well as being right next to the beach was fantastic.

Our stay at the Sandbridge Beach property was amazing. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony to the Ocean was great. The condo is spacious and cozy. The parking area (garage) is well lit and the condo is very close to the elevator. We found it to be quiet, relaxing and peaceful. I will definitely stay again and share my great experience with friends.Thank you for a GREAT STAY!! 11/2025

Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It was more than enough space for our family of four with room to spare. It was comfortable and relaxing and with the sound of the beach and the view to top it off. The amenities of the property are phenomenal as well.

Family trip
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the condo. It was clean & beautiful and a perfect place to enjoy Sandbridge and the surrounding areas. Would definitely come back again!

The hosts were so helpful and the condo was just perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well-appointed, and the location could not have been better. Being able to walk out onto the beach and back with small children was a God-send!

Perfect location! Near elevator and parking space. Great pools. Clean, beautifully decorated place. Every need anticipated and every amenity provided for. Well appointed kitchen. Great communication with owner. Loved it!

Perfect Vacation
A Shore Thing was absolutely perfect! It was clean, contained plenty of extras that came in handy, was beautifully beachy decorated and had wonderful views of the ocean and bay. Was close to great food and shopping too. Our family loved staying here and we highly recommend!

We are from the Pittsburgh area originally and moved to Virginia Beach in 2016. We fell in love with being so close to the ocean...particularly Sandbridge Beach. We enjoy escaping here with friends and family and emerge in the ultimate of relaxation. We have set our condo more in the likes of a second home than a rental property and hope you can enjoy those comforts as well.

We had just started to look for a place on the beach and fell in love when we walked into this property! Felt like our second home instantly! It is close enough to drive to the touristy area but far enough away that you can truly engage in the peace and tranquility this beautiful beach has to offer. We enjoy dolphin watching in the morning and sunsets in the evening right on our own balcony! Our condo is set up how we would like to vacation and take pride in the things we have to offer.

In 2020, the condo underwent a complete renovation. High end finishes with a coziness at the same time. We have had MANY happy guests!
