The centralized entertainment space, which encompasses the living room, grandiose kitchen, and dining area, is located on the second floor of the home. The open living area has a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing after a long beach day.
The kitchen is a chef's dream! It is fully equipped with a gas range, new state-of-the-art appliances, and three unique islands, which make it perfect for preparing food, entertaining guests, and providing additional seating and storage. The dining table seats 6 guests and there are 4 additional bar stools at the larger counter island.
Additionally, there is a half bathroom on this level, just off the stairs and hallway.
The remarkable master suite (Bedroom #1) is located on the main second floor of the home. It boasts a large king bed with a beautifully crafted sliding barn door that leads to the ensuite bathroom. The spacious bathroom includes marble floors, expansive walk-in shower, and dual vanity areas.
Down the stairs to the first floor of the home, one can find the remaining four bedrooms and a second casual den area. This additional living space has comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size sofa-bed for added sleeping space. This area opens to the spacious outdoor porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
The downstairs living room area shares a jack-n-jill bath with a bedroom that has two twin beds (Bedroom #2). The last three bedrooms each contain a queen bed and private bathroom (Bedrooms #3, #4, and #5).
The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool, enjoy a game of cards at the bar top on the covered porch, or take in the views and breezes from the rooftop deck! The backyard is a private oasis perfect for outdoor entertainment.
