We stayed for 10 nights and it was really a great place and wonderful location. Easy access to transit also. Street parking but there always seemed to be some available spots. Highly recommend

It was clean and everything was as advertised, the location was central to everything being fairly close to downtown Vancouver, quiet neighborhood. The host was friendly and quickly responded to questions. Would have no issues with staying there again.

This suite is clean, updated, well supplied, and in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and yards are beautiful! Jason was a very helpful and responsive host. We would stay here again!

Great property, super clean and bright. It had extra nice touches such as fans in the bedrooms, a laundry basket, toddler cutlery. Easy to drive to from out of town and only a three minute walk to a bus line.

Very nice and recently converted/renovated apartment. Jason was super responsive. Very nice neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great little space

Our family of four stayed here for a few days over the summer. Space is bright, clean, and well equipped. The veds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. There was always a free parking space in front of the house and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Owner was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again. Parking was always available in front or within the block. The unit is very clean and well equipped and in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood with cozy homes, trees and gardens, but yet close to city center. The only problem: washing machine did not work. A great address, thanks Jason!

Home away from home

Very nice basement suite, in a quiet area. Parking available in front of the house, but also a bus stop nearby to go into downtown every few minutes. Communication with Jason was great, quick, easy going. It was nice to also have the possibility to sit a little outside. I really enjoyed and I highly recommend it. It is big enough to fit a family of four.

Wonderful stay place was clean and was everything we needed it to be. Communication was great!. Same with neighborhood. Only complaint was the lack of screens on all the windows. It was really hot 26-33c the week we were there we knew no Air conditioning as per the listing but felt unsafe leaving any windows open overnight or when we weren't there due to the lack of screens. Aside from this if we were to go back to Vancouver tomorrow we'd book here again.

Vancouver suite

It did not meet my expectations. The path to the door was slightly overgrown. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the rooms and the washer and dryer needed cleaning. It was furnished with the bare minimums. I would not stay here again even though it was a great location.

Unfortunately this guest never contacted us with any of their concerns and didn't give us an opportunity to address them. It is surprising to read these comments. We take pride in getting 5-star reviews. We have a herb garden that had grown into the path but the path is passible. Most guests find the suite well stocked in contrast to this comment. Issues brought to our attention will be addressed.

Great place, excellent hosts

The place is neat and clean, nicely equipped with all we needed. Hosts were quick and efficient in communication, very quiet in upper floors too. Only a walk from shops and public transportation!

Great Location

Jason (host) was great to communicate with and they were very quiet upstairs. Walk to Commercial Drive is about 10mins, very easy and a lot of great places to eat, shop, BCL. Place is very clean and nice, as advertised.

2 Bedroom Ground Level Suite near "The Drive"

The property came as advertised. I had a reasonably long stay. It was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. I had no issues. Everything worked. The host was considerate, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
