Everything worked perfectly for our stay and our instructions/communication worked perfectly. We had a great trip as a family and this worked excellent as our home base. Would happily return for our next stay in Vancouver and would highly recommend for similar travellers.

Nice neighborhood. Short distance to a lot of activities. If you follow the host recommandations, you will have a very comfortable stay.

The house was in a very walkable area. It was also very central to many things in and around Vancouver so the location was great.

A great spot, walkable to great coffee shop, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and attentive before and during our stay. The suite was very clean and well equipped but no actual stove only a hot plate. If you are looking for a unit walkable and accessible this is a great choice.

Thank you. With new windows, insulation and vapor barrier installed, it is air tight, and really important to air out with open windows to keep humidity down. Multiple showers, cooking etc all need air circulation. Happy to host you again

property was clean and host is definatley friendly and very good communicator but we did not spend much time there except to sleep,property does not look impressive from outside but pretty clean and very good furniture but lacks fully supplied kitchen and no stove . refrigerator is really old and could use a replacement. shower is pretty small so for a tall and big person it will be very inconvenient . basically it is basement apartment with two small bedroom.for U S standard it is not very impressive.

Our lovely, newly painted heritage house is gated, on a tree-lined street, and surrounded by lush gardens. The suite is 950 sq ft, so a really good size. The fridge is a brand new Frigidaire, 2 Door Apartment Size RETRO Refrigerator with Top Freezer and Chrome Handles, and works like a dream. In order to get a short term stay business licence in Vancouver, where there is a housing crisis, we were told to "decommission the kitchen" so no full stove or oven. This is in the listing, photos and the confirmation our guests have to read to ensure they understand the property BEFORE I will book their stay. It is becoming more clear all the time that US standards are not the same as anywhere else.

Had a great stay. Host was very responsive. Place was clean. Weather fantastic. Very awesome location. We had the windows open most of the stay the air was so fresh. (Thanks for the tip Jollean!) Host I believe lives above the first floor in the home you are staying in so noise is a factor for both parties. I had to keep telling my mates to lower their voices when talking so we don’t wake whoever was upstairs lol. I have a white noise machine to drown out any noise coming from above but it wasn’t a lot. We slept like babies. The beds were comfy I like a firm mattress.Overall great stay. Host was super helpful and offered a ton of recommendations for local spots. I would definitely stay again if I could!

Great location and welcoming hosts

We had a nice stay with family exploring the neighborhood including parks and businesses. Great place to be together to watch movies and use well equipped kitchen.

Lovely stay in a lovely neighbourhood

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed walking through the neighbourhood to the city amenities and restaurants on Commercial Drive. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely place in a quiet nieghborhood

Clean and spacious apartment in a nice quiet nieghborhood. Easy to get into downtown and located in a fun area with lots of Italian restaurants.The hosts are very friendly and gave a lot of lovely recommendations for our stay as well!

Family Stay

I am local to the area and booked Jollean's place for family who were visiting. Jollean was a very attentive host and my parents felt the place was comfortable and quiet. They enjoyed their stay!
