You will be amazed by 2 sets of bunk beds (2 Twin and 2 Full) in the 2nd bedroom and new mattress in the main bedroom. Renovated with new flooring, furniture, and TV. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room and main bedroom.
This condo can be combined with Royale Palms 1005H to make a 3 BED / 3 BATH combo for extra family and friends, and you are always invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation.
You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
