The unit was clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This has nothing to do with the unit but a little disappointed Kingston has all these rules now about which pools you can use and no access to a hot tub.

The condo was perfect for us. We were there for Ripken Experience for a weeklong stay. It was such a nice reprieve from the heat. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area. It is exactly as pictured. Very roomy and bright.

Comfortable & Great View!!!

Our stay at the Royal Palms 2004 was incredible. We had a great time relaxed in the room, went to beach and dined at the Tulu, Wet Whistle and Caviler restaurants right on site. As a bonus the Hilton hotel even had daily activates for us to enjoy. I shot videos of the room and restaurants I will be adding to pinterest.com
