Come surround yourself in all the Beauty Panama City Beach has to offer in this 2BR (King & Queen) 2BA, Queen Sofa sleeper plus Full over Full Bunk beds (view weight limits).This Luxurious Condo is located directly across from the elevators and near trash shoot & provides all the comforts of home for your stay! You’ll enjoy our modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. (Tip: You can Enjoy more beach time by DownloadIng the Publix delivery app on your smart phone to have all of your groceries delivered directly to the condo.) Enjoy views of the gulf from the couch as you catch up on the latest news/entertainment on our living room flat screen &/or watch TV from any of our Bedrooms! The Master (like the LR) has sliding glass doors to access the balcony & also offers a walk in glassed tiled shower with seating area as well as a nice bathtub just across for a relaxing night in after a Long day at the Beach. Also the Guest room has double windows to view out on to the front (shared) balcony and also has a Jack and Jill bathroom across from the Full/Full bunk beds. You’ll enjoy Gorgeous sunsets as you relax on our (11th floor/ center of the complex ) Beach Front Balcony directly over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico! Great condo! Very cozy and had everything we needed for a great girls trip! Beautiful property right in the beach. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze at the resort. Would stay again.

The rooms were very clean and nice we didn't have any problems with the host getting back in touch with us if we had any questions the beach and pool was the best part of the stay!!

Beautiful beach view. It was clean and reasonably priced! Condo was beautiful and comfy! Plenty spacious as well! Loved it! The pool was great as well when we didn’t want to deal with the sand! Only issues we had was with the parking. Please pay attention to where you are parking and if there are reserved signs. It will save you from being booted!

The condo was so clean and cozy, with a beautiful view that made our stay extra special. The owners were wonderful to work with and always quick to communicate. We felt very welcomed and would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend, 10/10

It was double the price as the other units but terrible mattress. Terrible old pans to cook on. Shower in master bathroom was way too small. There was nothing about this room to make it double the price as the other units. We were hoping it would be you get what you pay for so we were hoping for a good mattress, good stuff to cook with l and there’s no dish soap or coffee. Nothing extra at all for the price.

Restful stay

My husband and I were able to get a much needed restful stay and totally enjoyed everything about our stay. The balcony view, the view of the ocean from our master bedroom, the pool, the beach, and the restful and very nice condo. The host was very responsive and timely with responses.

Fabulous condo right on the beach!

This condo was super clean, the perfect location, and had plenty of space for our family! The kiddos loved the bunk beds :) We would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Days

Great Place

We really liked our stay at the Grand Panama. The pools and the beach access were great. The only complaint we have is the parking garage is not set up very well.

the unit itself was excellent only thing I recommend is that perhaps you use leather furniture or have it steamed clean every now and then otherwise things were great , amenities and accomodations

Great Place

Everything in condo 1105 was great felt like home for the week. The owner Christina was easy to communicate with, check in with Charles was easy & the property was very well maintained. We will stay again.

Wonderful Family time

We loved this property for our family and the access to the beach, pool and activities. The added bonus was that it came with a beach umbrella location. Christina was very responsive and made communication extremely easy. The property was easy to access and we would gladly stay here on our next trip to Panama City. Thank you Christina for a wonderful experience

One of the Best

We really enjoyed the checking in process was really easy and the condo its self was really nice. We had a great visit but parking can be tricky, but over all I give it 10

Great Stay Close to Beach

We had a great time in this Condo. Great central location to many things we planned to do and easy beach access. Acceptable elevator wait times for the area. We have stayed at other condos in PCB before and the waits were much longer.

Great Property

Great Property. Room was nice. Downside was waiting on elevators and parking across the street. Had a wonderful time.

Thank you for your review and I am so sorry that you experienced waiting on elevators. It is prime season and I know all Condos are experiencing that due to the heavy volume of guests. The parking garage is connected to our tower by an enclosed sky bridge. Therefore guests aren’t walking across the road. We don’t want potential guests to get that impression.
