We have been coming to PCB for 9 years now, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The unit is very well cared for, beautifully decorated, and the host is wonderful.

This property was well kept, and very clean on arrival. The property was well equipped and Tonya was a good communicator. The rooms have the right kind of beach vibe. Very fun stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. There were plenty of beach toys available for use and the Splash resort is perfect for kids! Decent food served at the pool cafe, and coffee is available onsite as well. We would book from this host again!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!We absolutely loved our stay here! From the very beginning, the host was amazing and responded to my messages immediately whenever I had a question. Everything was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.The place has absolutely everything you could need, especially if you are traveling with children. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of clean towels, and even toys for the kids, so you really don’t need to bring anything extra. The beach chairs and umbrellas are included as well, which made our stay even more convenient. If you need additional chairs, you can also get them from the room where the toys are kept.We truly appreciated all the little details and how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our whole family.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay. We will definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful view of the beach, loved having 2 chairs, and the net on the balcony rails. Condo was just the right size for our family of 4. There is a full kitchen plus she has a washer and dryer incase needed. She was so easy to communicate with and I felt very prepared before we arrived! We definitely will be staying with her again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We couldn’t find our unit number (our fault it was on there!) and Tonya answer and helped immediately! The closet was so amazing! Room was clean and nice!

Our family has been coming to this beach for many years. We’ve stayed at this resort multiple times. Our stay this time in a new condo was a wonderful experience. Clean, cozy, wonderful view and it felt like home. Great communication, will be coming back soon!

Great place to stay no complaints at all from us. 10/10 stars super clean great place to stay for kids with the splash pad and lazy river for the kids. Even though they weren’t heated kids still loved the both. Also great location. Great communication at all times had a few questions leading up to our stay she got right back with me and checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay again.

Tonya was an amazing host from start to finish! She was constantly in contact and very helpful with any recommendations we could have needed. Her place was absolutely perfect! Very clean condo, it was well stocked, and truly felt like a home away from home. The beach view was to die for! We even saw a fever of stingray from the balcony one morning! Literally steps away from the beach!! The onsite coffee shop and cafe was very handy and delicious! The entire stay was perfect for our family! If we come back to Splash, we will definitely stay with Tonya again! She is a phenomenal host!

This unit is everything you could ask for when staying in PCB! It’s located in the Splash Resort which is excellent for kids. It has an amazing view of the beach and beach chair service is included during peak season months. Tonya was great through the process of booking this property for our stay. She made sure we all of our documents pre check in and answered any and all questions we had. Unit was very clean upon arrival and had the necessary kitchen supplies to make our meals. The showers had great water pressure. The unit was also decorated nicely with beach/ocean decor creating a nice relaxed vibe. The extra storage unit that comes along with the unit was nice because we could store chairs and other beach supplies in it keeping alot of sand out of the unit itself. You cannot go wrong with this unit. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I had such a good time. Everything was convenient as far as the location. The hosts home was very clean and so nice. It was evident that it has been taken care of and had everything we needed. Host was available for any questions. We will be back. Loved our stay!!

Room was very clean and nice. All new appliances. Had a minor issue with door keypad not working but Tonya was very quick to respond and get someone up to change batteries in keypad. Would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends and would stay again for sure. 10 out of 10.
