Second time staying in Sunrise 1802

We absolutely loved staying in this three-bedroom unit. The location of the condo was excellent and the fact that it comes with not one but two sets of chairs/umbrellas was what really set it apart. The owners supply the necessary supplies so you don't have to go to the store right away if you don't want to. We stayed back in July as a family and returned in September for our annual girls' trip. The communication between us and the renters was very easy, with Eric answering any questions we may have. We look forward to returning in the future for a stay!

We had such a great stay!! Beautiful view, very clean and very well stocked. They made sure to have plenty of extras that made our stay much more convenient.

Amazing view!

The condo was excellent. Waking up to the breathtaking view and going to sleep with the sounds of the ocean were beyond our expectations. The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. Eric was very attentive to anything we needed and made our stay one we will never forget. It was so relaxing and brought us back to nature that we have been missing in our busy lives. We would recommend 1802 highly and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Its close to everything, but is quiet and not overcrowded. The beach chair service with TWO sets of chairs was perfect for our family of 8 along with our personal canopy and chairs, which made getting everyone on the beach so much easier! We enjoyed the beach service every single day of our stay.

We have stayed at different sunrise beach resort rooms and this one is at the top! They have lots of sand toys and lots of extra items that make the stay that much better.

Spring Break 2025

We stayed for a week in April 2025 and the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Eric was great to communicate with and very responsive. I would stay here again!!

Absolutely love this rental!

I would give more stars if I could. Great place, super convenient location, within walking distance of restaurants and a local market. I made some sweet memories with my teens who hardly ever want to hang with Mom. 😊

Sunrise Beach is on a beautiful beach! It’s well maintained! Super clean! Excellent staff work here! The condo is the best we have ever rented! Absolutely gorgeous ! The owner is amazing! Answers all questions promptly! He’s the best!

Amazing condo and awesome host!

Sunrise Beach 1802 is a beautiful condo! It’s modern, beautifully furnished, and super clean! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves! Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything one would need to cook! The owner, Eric is super accommodating! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent a condo in Panama City Beach!

Awesome condo and location

This was a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean, very close walking distance or short drive to restraunts and activities for families.The hotel was right on the beach with lots of amenities including a nee snack bar, pools, hottubs, outdoor grill and sand rinse hoses.The room was very clean with great decor and very spacious! Perfect stay—spotless condo, amazing beach perks, great location, and incredibly responsive owners! 🌴

We had the BEST spring break staying at this condo in Panama City Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was absolutely spotless—one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed—which made it feel comfortable and relaxing right away. One of our favorite perks was the beach setup included with the stay. Having chairs and an umbrella waiting for us on the sand every day made it so easy to just show up and enjoy the ocean—no hassle at all! The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to so many fun things to do, plus tons of great places to eat. It made the whole trip feel convenient and stress-free. Another huge bonus was how close it is to the airport—only about a 20-minute drive, which made travel days super easy. And truly, the owners made the experience even better. They were incredibly responsive, answering every question quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Wonderful Experience!

The condo was located right there on the beach, beautiful scenic view on the balcony!! The rooms had a modernized and beachy vibe to them. Just about half a mile down, was a place called A 'more Donuts; it was fantastic! There were 5 restaurants all within walking distance, well placed spot in Panama City Beach. the owners accommodated us very well, leaving us with an unforgettable stay!! Thank you Eric and Jenn for making this vacation a memorable!! :)
