Perfect little cottage with easy access to beautiful walking and biiking trails!!! Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The host Britt is very communicative and responsive!!

I had a great stay here. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and in a fantastic location backing right up to Bidwell Park, making it easy to get out and explore. The bed was comfortable, and even though it was a very hot weekend, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the place cool.The host was incredibly friendly and even offered bikes to ride around Bidwell Park, which was a thoughtful touch.The only minor downsides were that the shower was a bit small and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t always strong enough for consistent use.Overall, those were minor issues compared to everything else. It was an excellent value for the price, and I’d happily stay here again.

Awesome cottage

This was a great little cottage. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, great location, dog friendly. This would be a perfect place for parents to stay while visiting their college students in Chico.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located property. Right next to Bidwell park walking trail and river-easy in and out with driveway! Close to Chico State where we visited for family weekend-we will stay again!!!

Perfect location and well appointed

The little house is in a perfect location. We hit the walking trail first thing in the morning, which was lovely. The house itself has everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place close to park

Had a nice stay of almost 2 weeks. Bidwell park right behind the property is nice. Clean and quiet. Shower a bit on the small side but does rhe job. Had a great stay

Quaint quite close to everything

First time visiting Chico, California, the rental was described perfectly in the ad. Everything was there. It was cozy, comfortable clean, and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Creek

This place is exactly what it promises: available host when needed with a good sense of humor, downtown Chico very close, but the best is the access (behind the house!) to Chico Creek with walk and bike way for miles. Nice neighborhood and nice people all around! We will definitely stay here again when and if we return!

Great getaway

Clean, easy access to park for walking and biking. Easy access to freeway and college. Loved to be able to sit outside with coffee and have a private drive for car

Always Great

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at this property and we will stay there again next year. That alone should tell you all you need to know about the property, the owner, the property manager and the quality of this particular VRBO!
