The path down to the beach is literally 50 feet from our door, one house away. It's well marked and well used. There is also a second trail to the beach about 2 blocks away also well marked and well used. All is included in the information we give before you arrive!

Just beautiful! Ocean breeze through the house. Coffee in the comfy living room chairs in the morning. We walked down to the beach every night for sunset .The Dillion Beach general store is only about an 8-minute walk away which was very help. Perfect setup for our friends gateway.

We loved this coastal home! Fun mid century decor, quick walk down a path to the beach, fantastic view of the ocean, plenty of beds for 6 people, including 2 young adults not wanting to share a room. We loved the Dillon Beach area; a great location from which to go out onto Point Reyes, east to Sebastopol or north to Bodega Bay or even Armstrong redwoods. The Route One Bakery in Tomales just 10 minutes away is absolutely fantastic, definitely recommend stopping as you drive by it on the way in! Would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and this location was fabulous. Just 15 minutes from the wedding venue, a stone's throw from the beach, comfortable inside all the way around. I couldn't be happier we chose this home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen amenities were plentiful (we like cooking our own meals vs. always eating out), and there was enough space for all without feeling like we were on top of each other. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful place with astonishing views. Pretty much as described although the 3 minute walk to the beach was a little more challenging than that for a 60 yr old.

There is a second easier sandy trail down to the beach further from the house about a block and a half away.

Awesome view of the water, place was very clean. I had a few questions and were answered promptly by the host. Highly recommend this place, we’ll be using it again in the future.

We could not close the sliding pocket doors to the bathrooms without fear of being trapped in the bathroom. After a near entrapment we had to for go closing the bathroom doors. On the upside there were just two of us. We were fortunate to have an amazing view the first night and we got to experience the famous fog on the second night. There were about 5 deer we enjoyed watching. One seemed to say to us “How long are y’all going to be using my house? This is my safe place. ”

Truly wonderful home! The view is fantastic and the house full of comfortable spaces, communal and private. Enjoyed the sauna and fireplace and appreciated the well appointed kitchen.

Clean, well-appointed home. The view is stunning and the place has a fun, relaxed vibe. Perfect spot to get together with a small group of friends and enjoy a beach weekend. The sauna is a great bonus! We had a few questions about the property, and our host was quick to respond and very helpful!

This is an incredible place. The view is stunning. The house is well-appointed and was spotless. Kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable. Great communication. Easy access to Point Reyes and beaches in the area. Highly recommended.

This house was a great value for the area with wonderful views and ocean sounds!We loved our trip with grandkids and wouldn’t change a thing except more sun and more seasonable temperatures!
