This modern 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome can comfortably sleep 16 guests, or up to 18 with the assistance of a twin cot and twin foam fold out mat. Imagine a slow morning, sitting out on the balcony, looking out over the mountainous terrain of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. Utilize the pool toys provided and spend the day relaxing next to one of the two pools offered at Coral Ridge! Entertain the kids with a game of mini cornhole while you cook dinner on the Tragerer out back under the setting desert sun. Absolute best!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for our large family and the house was well set up and incredibly clean. The kids loved the hot tub! The property management company was absolutely exceptional and checked in on us several times and responded quickly to any question we had. Highly recommend!

Great family house

We stayed here while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. It was a great property to come back to after a long and hot day outside. The pool was great. The house has a lot of games for the kids which we enjoyed!

Perfect Place to stay!

The home was wonderful! Fully equipped with everything we needed to clean and cook. Everything was very clean and well stocked with additional bedding items. We were a group of 16 and we're not crowded at all. The neighborhood is very nice, clean, and quiet. The pools were excellent and also very clean. The home is only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park! Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon were 2.5 hours away but definitely worth the drive. Definitely recommend this place!

Great place!

This place was perfect for our family! It fit all of us very comfortably. It was very spacious and very relaxing being there. Management was great to work with on a few minor details. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

We met up in St. George with family from Idaho, Utah, Arizona and California and all stayed here. The place was easy to find, well kept, comfortable and spacious. Way more bang for our buck than staying at a hotel. Our stay was during a freak winter storm that put snow on the ground in St George so we didn't use the pool area but the house was great and we appreciated having a two car garage to park in so we didn't have to scrape our windshields in the morning. There was also two spots to park in the driveway and 5 spots across the street so parking was easy. I'd stay here again for sure.

House was very well stocked with everything. Had problems with internet which was corrected in less than two hours. Comfortable accomodations Confusing check out information. Information in house we were asked to start laundry. On check out email it said not to start laundry

Overall good place to stay

Pros: close to Sand Hollow and St. George, roomy for large group, pools are nice Cons: bugs in the rental, got in some of the food, microwave didn't work, DVD player remote was missing
