We loved our stay. The room was immaculate. There were plenty of starter amenities: shampoo, condition, coffee, sweeteners. Lots of fun in the pool. The maintenance man stopped by and asked if the AC worked. Very polite. Someone had called it in a d he wanted to fix it. Service!!!

We had a great experience with this location. Perfect for a couple. There are 2 queen beds but no divider between them. This worked great for us. We stayed for 5 days which was great. Short drive to Manasota Beach and a short walk to walk at the ocean. Great pier with kayaking for free. Waters are calm most days; we saw lots of fish, a shark and right off the dock. There are about 4 other units at the location but everyone was so quiet we rarely saw anyone else. Equipment with a laundry room with free washer and dryer. Great to get everything cleaned before heading home. Several great restaurants nearby or stay in and cook in your room. We really appreciate the microwave , refrigerator and coffee makers. Everything we needed was readily available. We received multiple messages about the address, location and door key. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back for a relaxing great beach get away.

Beautiful location!

What a wonderful property and location! We went to Manasota a key for a little get away and it was perfect. Room was spacious and comfortable overlooking Lemon Bay. We will definitely be back

What a perfect location on a really cool key. Nice little pool with a tiny dock on Lemon Bay, where we enjoyed the sunrise, birds, and dolphins. Just a short walk across the narrow key, and we enjoyed spectacular sunset! Surprisingly well built back after the hurricane of 2024, although we did have a little water in the living area after a crazy thunderstorm. The owner was attentive. Also noteworthy: I left a bunch of clothes in the closet, and the owner was gracious enough to have it all sent back to me in Vermont. Now that's customer service!

Waterfront Paradise Bay what a fun time we enjoyed. The location is wonderful. Sunrise and sunset from the deck. The suite was great. Everything you need and more. Love the pool! Thank you for a happy vacation. Looking forward to coming coming back.

Wonderful Location!

Property was amazing! When walking in the door we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for the price. Spotless and “homey” with a fresh, clean smell. We were only a few minutes from several different beaches which was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Everything as advertised and even better. We have all we need for cooking, beach, Pool, etc Very clean and the Staff very helpful.

I love dolphins and Manatee and somehow they are attracted to the estuary of lemon Bay in our backyard!! You can kick back and take in the extraordinary water views at our sandy “Bay Beach” right out back or there are numerous activities to enjoy on gorgeous Manasota key! Blue Island Inn offers villas in various sizes. Island oasis is our most spacious one king bedroom villa with stunning water views. Our interior designer especially created “Island Oasis” with all new furnishings and beautiful accents to highlight the amazing water views. We are very well equipped and we have top-notch cleaners. Our team is friendly and we treat our guests like family!
