Balcony was wonderful. Like staying at a fancy hotel with a kitchen and laundry. Linens, pillows, shampoo, towels, etc. were all fancy hotel grade. Location was good, close to the French Quarter, close to trolley lines, but not busy, street was quite for being in a busy city.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. From the customer service to the luggage lockers we used before check in and after check out to the welcome basket, we could not have been happier. They went above and beyond what I have experienced with another rental. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we could have possibly needed!
