This is the main floor of a large house. There is a ground floor apartment and attic suite with no shared spaces or entrances.

3 miles to French Quarter/Bourbon St, 10 min by car
walk to Tulane Stadium, 2 miles to Garden District, 1.3 miles to St Charles Avenue/Streetcar line

This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

Fun and comfort in one place

Gorgeous house! Each room has a theme and there’s a bubble chair setting in the living room! Heated pool was nice and above all every bed in that house was comfortable! The rainfall shower is magical as well. Kerri was super responsive and helpful too. Our trip was lovely. Thanks again!

Short Girls Trip

House was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the French Quarter as well as restaurants. Did not realize at the time of booking that home was a multi rental, so we got a bit freaked out when downstairs neighbors arrived late in the night but once they were settled in no issues with noise.

Great place, great time!

Met our adult kids there for Christmas week, a wonderful base camp to enjoy an amazing city. We had so much fun both exploring NoLa and hanging out in the great home. Highly recommend

Fabulous in every way!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was the perfect location and an easy Uber to anywhere we needed to go! We couldn’t have picked a better place for a girls weekend! Our host was fabulous!

Great, quiet location

We came for Jazz Fest. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings while having our last cocktails.

Fantastic experience in NOLA

The house was perfect for our two day stay and we barely had to leave the property with so much space and amenities. The host was excellent with instructions and help and responded really fast. The treehouse was a firm favourite for our 3 and 6 year old Amazing overall experience

Property is well kept. It is very comfortable. Neighborhood seems nice and friendly. We had some young adults with us attending FanExpo - 10 minute drive - easy access to all parts of the city.

What a wonderful house for a family vacation.

This house gave my family of seven everything we needed and more. Everything was clean upon arrival and any questions we had during our stay were swiftly answered. The house proved to be in a friendly area of town as many neighbors waved and said hi to us in the mornings during our stay. The addition of the “attic suite” equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities proved to be a huge highlight within the home. My family felt comfortable, safe, and at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to all inquiring.

Excellent property in good location

We stayed over Christmas and found the property to be as described - nice main floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an attic suite that is quite nice and essentially self sufficient with a small kitchen and bedroom. Pool is small but great for little kids. Interior of house is very classic - nice hardwood floors. Easy access to French Quarter and downtown.

Cajun charm and Nola chic

The house was so charming and well decorated. The fine details in the decor and gorgeous furniture pieces were wonderful. The home felt comfortable and welcoming and the cherry on the top was the luxurious little cottage like apartment on the top floor. This house had everything you needed and more for a wonderful vacation stay.

Great property

Awesome house for both adults and the kids. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Far enough from the busy downtown but still only a short car ride. Really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect property

This property was exactly how the images referenced the rooms, bathroom and common area. It felt so much like a home that we even stayed in a night for movie night. The host was so accommodating and always quick to respond with any questions we had. I definitely recommend booking this house!

Cozy family friendly rental

Stayed in the largest of 3 units on this property on the main floor with private access to play yard and pool. The other units in the attic and basement were occupied but you could barely hear occupants. Clean,comfortable and quiet rental. Access to pool was priceless as every day topped 95 degrees Fahrenheit. My nieces loved the pool,trampoline and playhouse. Beautiful neighborhood; we went for morning walks enjoying the landscaping and architecture. Lots of amenities nearby cvs, grocery etc. I would stay here again if it remains available for short term rental.

Amazing

Kerri is the best host I’ve ever interacted with. The house was perfect. There are so many tiny details and touches everywhere, the house is immaculately furnished. The chandeliers all over the property are gorgeous. We loved the attic suite. We also really appreciated the fluffy giant towels and comfortable bedding. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you again Kerri!!!!!

Nice pool & decor for bachelorette

Very nicely appointed house. Nice, large beds and great how 4 bedrooms all have closing doors for added privacy with large group. Attic suite very cute. Cute front porch. Pool as pictured was a great feature to escape the summer heat and recover from busy downtown. Gated house and yard felt secure. Host was easy to reach via VRBO and phone. Very accommodating at check in. Close to a cvs and walgreens and coffee. We did not get to explore nearby feret, but heard that was very cute. Kitchen was slightly underwhelming if you plan to cook, a but small and understocked with tools. There was a basement suite as well which did not impact privacy or pool usage. Group of 8 30-somethings for bachelorette were very satisfied!

the property was absolutely beautiful. House was perfect, club house was a huge hit amongst the kids. the only issue we encountered was that the pool didn't heat up. it could be me just not knowing how to do it. but other then that we loved the place
