Oasis in the heart of New Orleans on a large, fenced, corner lot with private heated pool. Fabulous front porch with swing, deck, playhouse, yard, slide, and gated parking. Safe, family neighborhood, Gorgeous decor, hardwood floors, high ceilings, bay windows...

Uptown between the French Quarter and the University District offering quick access to all the top attractions in the city. An urban New Orleans experience in a quiet, neighborhood. No-contact check in with key code.

This is a residential neighborhood, but there is a great coffee shop, Hey Cafe, about 3 blocks away. There is a section of Freret Street 1/2 a mile (15 min walk) that has many bars, restaurants, cafes, music venues. It is one of the hippest areas of the city. You can walk to the St Charles Avenue streetcar line (just over one mile) and ride the street car through the garden district to the French Quarter for about $2

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we liked walking the neighborhood. The pool was great although we were hoping for it to be a bit warmer but it worked for the small amount of time we had to spend in the pool. We were mostly exploring and experiencing NOLA and its history. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay in New Orleans. The house was easy to get to on a quiet street and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Two of the rooms share a combined door, but that wasn’t an issue with us.

The home was so thoughtfully setup and perfect for our group of 5. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We took Uber or Lyft downtown and prices from the home were very reasonable. The pool was so refreshing, perfect after hot days out. The host was so kind and responsive. Have already recommended to several people. If I go to NOLA again, I would stay here.

Great place, great time!

Met our adult kids there for Christmas week, a wonderful base camp to enjoy an amazing city. We had so much fun both exploring NoLa and hanging out in the great home. Highly recommend

Perfect Staycation with True New Orleans Hospitality

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the hospitality—the space was warm, welcoming, and had that fun New Orleans vibe that made it perfect for a staycation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. A huge bonus was the heated pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Fabulous in every way!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was the perfect location and an easy Uber to anywhere we needed to go! We couldn’t have picked a better place for a girls weekend! Our host was fabulous!

Awesome house for both adults and the kids. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Far enough from the busy downtown but still only a short car ride. Really enjoyed the stay.

Very comfortable house with ample accommodations. Nice touches include makeup wipes and disposable toothbrush in the bathroom. Beautiful property with very aesthetically pleasing decor.

Great location and accommodations!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we highly recommend it! Plenty of room for multiple people and tons of activities for the kids! Between the playhouse, trampoline, and pool, there’s something for everyone. Easy location to get to a CVS/Walgreens if needed and to get around the city.

Great, quiet location

We came for Jazz Fest. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings while drinking coffee and in the evenings while having our last cocktails.

Fantastic experience in NOLA

The house was perfect for our two day stay and we barely had to leave the property with so much space and amenities. The host was excellent with instructions and help and responded really fast. The treehouse was a firm favourite for our 3 and 6 year old Amazing overall experience
