Enjoy a tranquil setting in this modern farmhouse for a family gathering, a celebration or some relaxation. Completely updated but still quaint and cute, this lodging is the perfect getaway. Complete with a screened-in porch, an upstairs game room for the kids (or big kids), a four person spa installed November 2020 and plenty of outdoor area, this place can and will accommodate.

Upon arrival, you and your guests will enjoy deciding which bedroom fits you best. Will it be the master suite decorated with the popular buffalo check details or the cozy front bedroom complete with a sleigh bed and delicate details? Or maybe you will want to stay in the popular Waco-room with accents from our town’s past and present.

We are located on the edge of Waco just a few minutes of downtown Waco and shopping. Other places of interest near our home are Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers.

We enjoyed being out of town, where we could hear the crickets at night on the wonderful screened-in porch. The drive to downtown and Baylor was easy. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the host was amazing, and I truly appreciate how accommodating they were for my family and I at the last minute. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The hot tub was a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I will definitely stay again for future visits. Highly recommend!

Quiet & peaceful while still close to Waco

We were looking for something peaceful and quiet but still close enough to Waco so that we could make short trips for fun activities. This place was perfect. House was very clean and hot tub is an added bonus.

We enjoyed the spacious yard with shade trees and large, screened deck, with television. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet, relaxing weekend.

Everything was perfect for my family during our stay. The area is very quiet making for a peaceful stay. The house is fabulous. The cleanliness to the amenities. It basically has everything you need. The communication with the owner is phenomenal. I would 100% recommend this house for your verbose reservation.

Loved the quiet cozy location!

Enjoyed the house very much! It rained the whole time we stayed so we couldn’t really use the hot tub. Still loved the screened in porch and the rooms were really good in space. We have 3 kids and each was able to have their own room. Would love to stay again!

The host was very welcoming and informative upon our arrival. They even let us know about a potential issue ahead of time and asked us to keep them updated if we noticed anything, which we really appreciated. The house was great and very comfortable, and we especially loved the area. Sitting on the porch and seeing cows across the street was so relaxing and really gave us that peaceful country feel. The outdoor space was amazing and perfect for unwinding.It was exactly the vibe we were looking for in a country getaway. It was close enough to town that getting there was quick and easy, but far enough out that you could truly enjoy the quiet surroundings. This was our first time visiting the area and we definitely enjoyed it. We would absolutely stay here again, especially if traveling with a larger group since the house has plenty of space.

Just like the pictures

We had a great girls trip to Waco and we loved staying here. It is a great location just a few minutes outside of Waco. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and very welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of fun. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay, was very helpful and gave timely responses. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Nice House and Property Close To Waco

We really loved the nice and quiet house and it is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very nice inside and outside and we loved the screened in porch. It was just minutes into Waco to all the places we visited. The premier host provided helpful information before, during, and after our visit. We had a few questions and they responded quickly. We definitely recommend it when planning a visit to Waco.

All of us enjoyed the home it was more than we expected. The day bed up stairs wasn’t comfortable at all we could feel every bed spring so one of the couples left early because of back pain.

weekend getaway

We are Australian's living in houston and have always wanted to visit Waco. We had a great time, visiting various spots including magnolia and BSR surf park. Property was great, very clean and accurate description. Easy check and check out. Our kids loved the games room upstairs to play and watch a movie. We loved out stay and I would highly recommend again, thanks

80th Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 80th birthday during our stay. This property was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. This place is out in the country, but we got to most restaurants and things in Waco within 15 minutes. Quiet, nice location.

LOVE THIS HOUSE!!

We absolutely loved this house. Girls weekend with seven of your best friends from the past 30+ years. Property is so beautiful and relaxing. Three full bathrooms made easy for us and great sleeping accommodations. Hot tub was great too! We would definitely come again! Hosts were great too. Awesome communication and check in/check out.

Waco with friends

Booked this property for 3 older adult couples to visit Waco. Perfect quiet location just out of town but convenient. Easy commute each day. The house was spacious, clean and meet all ours needs. Parking was great for 3 vehicles. Will definitely consider again for future visits. Property description was exactly as described.

Baylor Graduation

The house is great! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Well stocked with supplies. The barbecue and hot tub both work great. My only criticism would be that It’s a little farther away from downtown than I thought it would be (about 15 minutes). Not to far out though. Would definitely stay there again.
