Adorable 1B/1Ba Steps to the Prom/Beach. Simply cute as a bugs ear, this darling cottage has a living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, Queen in the bedroom and Sofa Bed in living room. Kitchen includes dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and all cookware, glasses, dishes, etc. Bathroom has tub/shower combo, and bedroom has a flat screen TV. Bedroom has sliders to a private deck, which then opens up to the grassy back yard. The other unit (A) will be vacant during your stay at all times, so it's completely private for you! Just steps to the Promenade and Beach Access/View, not to mention Restaurant in the Best Western Hotel at the end of the street, you'll have access to restaurant/bar within steps, or stroll down just 4 blocks on the Prom to take in the famous Turnaround, many more restaurants and shops, the Arcade, Times Theater and Movie House. So much to do and see and you are just a short walk to EVERYTHING! Parking for 2 vehicles NO SMOKING NO PETS

This is an older “beachy vibe” type of house, but good for the price. Clean, comfortable bed, backyard table with a couple of chairs, plenty of towels, kitchen appliances all in good shape. It has a rather tall-sided claw foot tub for the shower which was a challenge for my shorter wife, but has a safety bar to help. 5 blocks from the main drag so it was quiet, and just one block to the beach access. We enjoyed our short stay.

Close to the beach, super walkable. Quiet at night, comfortable beds. A couple ice trays and a hair dryer would have been useful.

Overall this was a GREAT stay! It had everything we needed, it was the PERFECT location and it was so cute!! There was one thing that will keep us from booking here again…but this is a personal opinion- I hated the shower, I’m so sorry! It is a stand up tub/shower and very old. The water pressure was either shooting a hole through you or just dripping and there are curtain liners surrounding the whole thing so while you are getting bruises from the water pressure you are also being attacked by plastic on all four sides. Also the shower leaks so bad over the side to the floor if you move at all, which if you are showering you kinda have too and there’s no air vent. Ugh I’m sorry to go on such a rampage the property was honestly beautiful and there was a nice sized back yard, washer and dyer, dishwasher, family games, cutie little signs and books. Seriously amazing!!

Well outfitted, comfortable, literally steps to sand leading to the beach, close but not TOO close to Broadway shops and dining choices. Quiet, wonderful!

It’s a cute place. I haven’t seen a claw tub in years. I go to seaside a lot and this was nice to be close to the downtown and the promenade.The bathroom floor had long black hair I have blonde hair, bathroom needs a deep clean.The mattress needs to be flipped. I liked the hardwood floors. Maybe find a smaller refrigerator that fits a little better and not in the doorway as much.It is a busy road/area because of the best western but convenient.Thank you

Super cute little place, was very close to the beach and all the main shopping. I attended an event at the Convention Center which was really close, just 4 small blocks away. Accuracy of the listing and the communication were wonderful.

Great place, close to everything. Wasn’t a huge problem but didn’t see it in the listing was the shower. Little snug for a taller guy but we made it work. Would stay again

We chose to come to Seaside to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were looking to unwind and recharge and enjoy some one on one time. And we did just that! We really enjoyed the location because it was so close to everything and we could just walk anywhere.

This place was so close to all downtown options and a minute walk to the beach. The WiFi was glitchy and had to restart multiple times. However, the point of contact for the VRBO was always available to help retrieve the steps to restart.
