Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.

Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Great getaway

My girlfriends and I were looking for a relaxing trip away from kiddos and this was just the spot. Close to cannon beach and seaside for shopping and food. The kitchen had what we needed. And the beds were comfy enough to sleep in to our hearts desire. The house was very clean and ready for us and we enjoyed a great bathroom.update.

What a view

The property looked as good as the pictures and so did the view! I selected this property for three reasons: a) View, b) Fireplace, and c) Private Hot Tub.There are two picture windows opposite each other in the center of the house. One faces the ocean, the other a golf course, both grand views.The fireplace was gas but oh so warm and just gave a nice, homey touch as we sat and read and, did I say, look at the view.The hot tub is on the back deck, covered, and faces the golf course which at night means seclusion.The house was clean and had all the utensils etc we needed. Instructions from the owner's were clear. And the few times we actually spoke the owner Malia was plain old friendly.A nice place to stay.

Amazing!

By far the best property we’ve stayed at in Seaside. Cleanliness was amazing, views spectacular, the eagles out back were one of my favorite things other than that fireplace and bathroom! Definitely going to be booking again and have told extended family about the property as well. Thank you so much for sharing your comfortable home with us

Great location

We loved our stay here! The hot tub was great, and the house is only a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the house is amazing. Walkable to a number of restaurants. It was a very clean home, and we appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dogs. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside!

Perfect location

We have stayed in this house several times and the location is beyond perfect. The house has everything one would need for a cozy stay on the Oregon coast. Dog/kid friendly and a walk from the beach or the enchanting little town of Seaside. We will be back : )

Charming beach bungalow

Perfect house for girls weekend. Rigjt across the street from the ocean and golf course on the othe side. Hot tub was very clean as was the house. Comfy beds, newly remodeled bathroom, well decorated. Patio was cozy. Kitchen is dated but it was more than adequate for our needs. Had lots of supplies in the garage for the beach too! Quick bike ride to town or short walk to the osprey cafe. Definitely get the breakfast burrito

50th Wedding Anniversary at the Beach

The beach house was clean and well equipped. Evening sunsets were spectacular! The beach across the road was easy to access for us 70+ year olds. The house was cheery and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, hot tub, comfy bed, and the unique bathroom was special. The location was convenient.

Best home on the Beach

I stayed with my sister for 3 days at this amazing home. The home was extremely clean. The most impressive part by far was the bathroom. Both my sister and I felt we were in a spa. The toilet was an experience all on its own. The kitchen was outdated but I can tell with all the care they have put in the home already, it is just a matter of time before it gets updated. We highly recommend this place… worth every penny!

Wonderful stay

My family of 5 stayed in this home. We loved our stay. Beach access across the street was amazing! We ate at Osprey Cafe and everyone enjoyed their food. It would have been nice if one of the closets in master were unlocked to hang clothes. We had to reset internet a few times to get TV to work but everything else was great. Can’t beat location!! Master bed was super comfortable.

70th birthday celebration

We took our mom to Seaside for her 70th birthday. It was my sister and I and my mom’s best friend of 50+ years. We got to bring her little dog too. The location right on the beach was wonderful. The beds were very very comfortable. We can’t talk about the toilet enough and want to get ourselves one now. It was super clean too. We would have loved some ziplock bags for leftovers. We would stay again

Great vaca, beautiful spot

Cute little beach house, nice updated bathroom. Location great! Incredible views! Communication great! All good tho the house had a distinct musty smell. Windows open to allow in those wonderful ocean breezes. We enjoyed the fireplace as well and of course the hot tub! It would have been really nice to have had a few coffee pods provided ;)

Perfect Stay

This location and property made for a perfect getaway for my husband and I + our dog! Steps from the beach, relaxing outdoor space with golf and scenic views, the hot tub was just a bonus! The house itself was spotless and was comfortable for all of us. Will definitely be back!

Seaside weekend escape

Amazing Stay

This beach house is so charming and comfortable, and the location is incredible. I stayed for my birthday, with my sister and my dog. There were many thoughtful details throughout the house, like a basket of 'dog towels' near the door to wipe off sandy paws, and labeled light switches so you didn't have to try every one to turn on the right light. We appreciated the hot tub after long days of hiking, shopping, and exploring. Being able to walk across the street and be on the beach in two minutes was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was extra in the best way! It's worth mentioning that the house was super clean too. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seaside.

Great place to get-away!

I absolutely loved staying at this house! It was excellent in accommodating the needs of my partner and I. For a few days get away or even longer stay it is ideal. Everything was great; the perfect location close to shops and nature, the cleanliness was superb, the home is spacious, fully equipped with everything you'd need, easy communication with owners, very comfortable and with beautiful views on both sides of the property. The Pacific Ocean was just across the street and it was so inspiring and wonderful to explore and soak in the natural beauty every moment we had a chance. Plus the relaxing back patio area with hot tub spa was a perfect way to wind down in the evenings. I will definitely recommend this vacation rental to family and friends. Also, I would love to stay there again in the future as it truly was an amazing place to play and rest! 😊

Hello & Aloha from Arnie & Malia Jacobsen. Arnie was born and raised in little Nehalem, Oregon just 20 minutes south of Cannon Beach. Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
