Wonderful

Summer house is our favorite place to stay in Palm Coast. Friendly staff, clean condos well maintained inside and out. Absolutely amazing,Thanks for a great stay!

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love SH130 because the 2nd bedroom has a full & queen bed since we are a family of 5 and need the extra bed space. Very clean place, modern look & appliances. Another great time at the beach, will definitely come back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love being at the Summerhouse. Wonderful people and wonderful fun activities. However, I wish the floors of the unit had been washed well. Otherwise the unit was clean.

The perfect beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to watch the waves from both the Livingroom, balcony and master was delightful. Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation beginning was very unpleasant and inconvenient. Our unit was not ready on time and we were placed in another very dirty, cluttered, and outdated also did not provide enough sleeping areas for our family.We spent far too much time cleaning and moving to consider this a real vacation. I would not suggest traveling here at this time.

Absolutely loved staying here, they had just about everything you need for your stay and having the games were and an extra perk for my kids. I would highly recommend this rental. I look forward to staying here again. If I had one negative about this place was the stairs to get to the unit. With all the stuff we brought it was a bit of pain.

I actually forgot something and called when I got home. The staff was very kind and helpful. They found my item quickly and called me back. The location is perfect. Close to the inlet. You can walk there. The beach is pristine. People are regulars and the ones who live there are very kind to travelers. Kid friendly. Great pools. Beach access is close to all condos.

Great for kids

Condo has a perfect beach and pool view. Very clean. Do not choose if you can’t handle a lot of stairs.

Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
