We go to Summer House every year for my family reunion and we love it! Only two things to add regarding this specific unit. One, the upstairs A/C isn’t strong, but they provided fans in each room. Two, the door codes were a bit difficult to manage, but that’s a personal preference. Enjoy your stay!

Great location specially being so close to the beach, very clean, kitchen has all the tools to be able to cook made it easy. The rooms comfort sizes, we found everything we needed to.. lovely place would love to rent it for the summer!! Good communication as well- we all had a wonderful weekend ! Lovely weather too!!

Condo was spotless & well stocked for our family of 6 upon check in. Convenient, quiet location with friendly residents and guests. Only complaint was the TV had no audio and some broken kitchen utensils and drawer handles. Other than that great unit and great value!!

The condominium property is beautiful and well kept. This specific property isn’t the cleanest. There was significant mold build up in the washing machine and master shower. There was grime and dirt build up on light switches that could easily be wiped clean. Some of the outlets only had one working plug and incorrect faceplates. The outside of the washing machine and refrigerator were rusted. We were given check out instructions to start a load of towels but were not left any laundry detergent to do so. The complex itself is wonderful but was disappointed in the upkeep of this particular unit.

Amazing Crescent Beach Condo

If we ever get to Crescent Beach again, we will definitely stay here again as accommodations were great, very quiet and condo was very spacious and updated.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. The location is close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well-stocked Lots of bath towels and beach towels.
