Charming Cabana Stay!

Absolutely perfect place for my husband & I. Simple, clean, used the pool most days. Able to utilize cute little fridge & microwave. LuAnn & Andy were informative & gracious hosts. Would def stay again.

Convenient for our stay

We booked this cute cottage because it is 2 doors away from our daughter's home. Though we usually stay with her, it was not convenient this particular weekend. We loved having our "own" place to retreat to (within walking distance) at the end of the day. Hostess LuAnn was most accommodating and really easy to work with!

My husband and I had a truly relaxing stay at this cute little cottage/pool house. Perfect for relaxing and what a great neighborhood.We enjoyed our stay ,we found our host and hostess to be very welcoming and accommodating

St Johns Cottage

This is a great place to stay. We had a business trip and glad to be away from traffic and motel life. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Ideal for a couple in a quiet neighborhood.

This home is walking distance from some amazing shops! I recommend walking to love bagel and deli! The guest house had a private entrance and an amazing pool, there was a little kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, . The location was perfect

Cute cottage/great walkable location

Perfect spot, just as pictured . Pool/outdoor area very inviting, along with pretty summer flowers ! In town visiting family. Hosts were friendly and accommodating ! Will definitely stay here again when in town . Easy parking, easy check in and out . Also very peaceful and quiet neighborhood .

Cutest little guesthouse

Perfect for one or two people in lovely neighborhood. The guesthouse was immaculate and had everything I needed for a weekend. Host was great and responsive- provided all the info needed right away with no surprises. Great experience 😃

Wonderful stay!

This little pool cottage in the Avondale neighborhood is perfect for a getaway or a game-day weekend! It’s located conveniently to Everbank field. The neighborhood has several cute shops and restaurants within walking distance! Hosts were responsive to questions and concerns.

Hide Away

Loved our time in Jax w Luann. Place is clean and located in a wonderful neighborhood. We were looking to stay in FLA and beat the snow at home and this was just the place for us. We hope to cone back next year. LuAnn is a good communicator and her place is lovely.

Adorale Pool House/Cottage in Bo-ho Chic Historical Neighborhood

I was just there for one night, but the owners were very helpful. This is a true pool house cottage that is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything that one might need for a short stay. This condo and area are perfect for a quick overnight or a romantic weekend get-away, and there is so much to do within walking distance or a short drive away! The check-in/out process was also very easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area!

Peaceful & Pleasant

Nice little place. Great location. I only slept and showered there as I was busy looking at real estate. It was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The a/c was noisy so I just used the ceiling fans and that was comfortable enough for me. I would stay there again.

Cutest Cottage

This was the cutest little cottage! It was stocked with the necessities. The bed was nice and comfy. The check-in and check out process were incredibly easy. We forgot our watches and didn't realize it until we were halfway home. Contacted the host immediately, and she shipped out the watches the next day! We will definitely stay again when we go to Jacksonville.

Luann had a nice map of where all of the conveniences were located and was very helpful with anything we needed. We especially enjoyed how close this property was to everything. 10 minute walk in any direction for anything you wanted. Would definitely stay here again. BYW, we stayed almost 4 weeks!

Trip to Jacksonville for Meetings

Parking very difficult, as you have to back into traffic which is difficult to see. The bedroom is okay, but the kitchen area leaves much to be desired. We were not able to get hot water in the kitchen, plus it takes four to five minutes of running water to get hot water to the bathroom. There was no blanket for the bed, and the weather was cold for Florida.

Pool House

A delightful little pool house surrounded lovely lush garden. Great neighborhood, nice restaurants. As with most historical neighborhoods, parking can be tedious but patience and perseverance prevail. Everything about our stay was wonderful. LuAnn and Andy are very accommodating hosts. We will return.

This was a very welcoming VRBO. Bright and airy and the owner was very attentive with any questions I had concerning the location etc. Definitely a redo!

We are an empty nester couple who are enjoying our adopted hometown of Jacksonville! We live in the main house on the property. Travel is our foremost passion and we spent all of 2014 traveling around the world with just us and our carry-ons. This is how we were introduced to VRBO since this was our main go-to on that adventure!
We have a very sweet gentle Great Dane, Heidi, who you may occasionally see out taking a sunbath!

We love our mid century modern home in the Historic District and when we discovered the potential of our pool cottage we were even more excited. Our neighborhood is so wonderful with such a varied amount of architectural styles, mainly dating back to the 1900's. A perfect place for a leisurely walk with a stop in one of Avondale's great restaurants.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The benefit of this location is that it is so completely walkable and relaxing if you prefer to stay in the neighborhood. . Or, hop into your car, and about a half an hour later you can also be at the beach! Less than a half hour and you can visit downtown, or be at the stadium for a Jag's game, or even visit our wonderful zoo. Wander a bit further to one of the coastal reserves- Big or Little Talbot and Amelia Island. You will not be bored.
