Kickback and relax inside your own fully renovated studio apartment, which is located within a luxurious historic building right in the heart of Riverside.
This bright, handsome, fully renovated studio was designed with a long-term stay in mind. You will find everything you need as though you were in your own home. A fully stocked kitchen and bath, with ample storage under the bed and closet. TV swivels allow comfortable viewing from the bed, high-back arm chair, or desk. There is also a foldable table to eat or work in the armchair if you so desire. This is your home away from home.
Each guest may feel free to relax on the front porch and in the backyard. The backyard is accessed down the driveway and guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. There is also a laundry room which is located near the front door if needed.
We are not on-site, but are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.
Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.

One of the best places Ive stayed. Perfect for my adve tures. Quiet and comfy except for the first night with the partygoers. But, they got kicked out. Smooth sailing. Sunce.

Unit was clean, warm and welcoming. Appreciated coffee, tea and condiments! Great location. Lots to see and do.Diverse restaurants and shops.Bike availability good, street parking was nice. Felt safe at all hours.Communication was effective to resolve issues.

Host was great, answered very quickly, only negative really was the bathroom. It was very small, i hit my head or an elbow every time i showered. Thats the only complaint though

A lovely place to stay! Small but never felt that way with the furnishings and smart storage design. We loved the area, walking distance to 3 different sections with dining and stores. Perfect location if you need to be at St Vincent’s. Laundry was convenient and street parking was always available. Highly recommend!
