This terrific fully renovated studio with walk in rain shower is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a beautiful and comfortable stay in San Marco. Walking distance to the San Marco square shopping & dining and within minutes of driving distance to Downtown and Riverside. The rooms are spacious with great natural lighting. This residence is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Please do keep in mind that a property house detached is adjacent to the guesthouse and some outdoor patio is commonly shared.

A great place to stay

Stayed here for about a month everything was great property manager was great as well checked up on me to make sure everything was great would highly recommend, very nice and modern looking house as well!

Great place to stay

The property was clean, comfortable and in a good area. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We’d definitely stay there again!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had to live in Jax for two weeks for grad school and this was the perfect spot. So grateful for such a kind and understanding host. He was always attentive and quick to respond. The price was great considering I was living here for 16 days. It was close yet far enough that I had options. San Marco was such a nice area too! I definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!

Adorable little guest house in the heart of San Marco. The check in process was simple, the home was extremely clean. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.

Had a great one night stay. Suite is clean, functional, and in a nice quite neighborhood that is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in San Marcos square. Had a good porter at the VooDoo Brewery for a night cap and enjoyed a nice breakfast on the patio of Southern Grounds Coffee shop. Suite is as described and pictured. We'll look to stay here again if in the area.

This is a great option for staying near downtown. We were attending a concert at Vystar, and were able to easily get to the water taxi stop and avoid driving and parking downtown. The apartment is super clean, kitchen is stocked (Keurig coffee maker) and the bathroom was well laid out. Perfect stay for a couple or single or 2 friends. Very happy with communication with host and will save this property for any future stays! I do recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there flatten super fast. San Marco has some awesome restaurants and there is a Publix close by.

Nicely renovated with updated bath and appliances.

Cute little place. It suited our needs for price and to be close to the town that has shops and restaurants and is close to the river. The owner communicated promptly to all my questions.

Please be aware this location is close to a train so you may hear them throughout the night. Other than that quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown.
