We didn't know about the weak wifi during your stay and would have definitely helped you with a hard reset which usually reboots everything to speed. We actually also upgraded the speed as well so everything should be even better. Thank you very much for your feedback!

Thank you very much for the feedback. We just installed a new energy efficient refrigerator once we found out that the handle was broken (looks like a screw had dropped deep into the door panel) and not repairable. We've tightened the screws in the cabinet and are looking into a different bed boxspring as without one would make the mattress sag. Some additional improvements we've made in the last month are a larger TV and faster internet speed. We're always happy to help guests during their stay but may sometimes miss an item so we always ask to please let us know right away so that we can attend to any unsatisfactory items as soon as possible.
