Short drive to newly renovated downtown North Tonawanda with many bars, restaurants, the Erie Canal Gateway Park, and the Historic Riviera Theater. Twenty minutes to downtown Buffalo, twenty minutes to Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Mayor's Park and a walking path along the Erie Canal. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

I’ve stayed at this place several times. It’s always clean, well stocked and well maintained! It’s apparent the owner, Ryan, takes pride in his place. Will stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the hosts were so responsive and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed staying at Ryan's place for my kid's graduation. It was reasonably priced, immaculately clean and very nicely stocked. I have stayed in a lot of airb...'s and vrbo's In the Buffalo area over the last 4 years and this is by far the nicest. Nothing fancy but everything you need and more. Super comfortable, safe area. I honestly wish I found it 4 years ago.

Everything was great! Walmart was only 2 miles away which was killer! Had convenient coffee station and bathroom clean and elegantly organized.

This was a wonderful rental! It was extremely clean, comfortable, safe, quiet and well stocked. The Lockley app for the door was great to have when your hands were full. The owners truly thought of everything. They also went above and beyond helpful when my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay another night! I will definitely check to see if this rental is available on my next trip home to visit family.

The unit is a spacious, clean, one bedroom walk up conveniently located near Buffalo University, in a nice, residential area, with a dedicated, off street parking spot. Ryan (the host) communicates well, is very responsive, and friendly. I had difficulties with the keyless entry but Ryan was able to talk me through it. Should I have need again to be in the Buffalo area, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit.

Excellent place. Clean, great location. Private and easy access to unit. Off street parking and it accomodates a second vehicle ig needed. Host is A1. Lovely bathroom andcthr king size bed is a winner. I would definitely book again.

Great place!

This was our second stay. It's a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Also very well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood close to so many different attractions in the area. This is my first choice when staying in the Buffalo area.

Fabulous birthday trip

This VRBO was perfectly located between Buffalo and Niagara falls. So close in fact we went to the falls 4 times! The neighborhood had a really comfy feel and we felt safe there! We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Lockley app should be available before check in. After traveling people are exhausted and need to be prepared. The condo was great and hosts are very responsive.

UB Parents Weekend

This property was excellent for our stay over the weekend to attend parents weekend at UB. It was very clean and well maintained. The owners were responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.
