This place is great! Super close to Canyon (a 5 minute walk) and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations!

Everything was great at this location; the kitchen was well stocked, very clean condo, Canyon Lodge a short walk, and underground parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway!

We had a great time. Perfect ski/snowboard getaway and lots of areas to sled nearby. The condo was clean and well stocked and the enclosed garage was great.

Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, easy access to the mountain and close to everything in town. We loved having the hot tub to soak in after a day of snowboarding. There are 4 beds (including the sofa pull out) so it can comfortably sleep a group. Great value for the price.

It’s a great rental. But, there definitely could have been more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. There was blood on the bathroom walls, sticky syrup on the counters, and a dishwasher full of dishes from the previous guests. Also it was a pain using the garage since the previous guests did not leave the clicker. The clicker was never replaced during the stay, and using the garage was a pain.

Great location - easy to walk to Canyon Lodge. Warm and quiet facing away from street. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better with spices- weirdly did not have regular salt. Otherwise would stay again.

Great location and well appointed condo

Family of four staying in mammoth for years. Really enjoyed to condo! Very well appointed with everything you need to cook at home. Conveniently located walking distance to Canyon! Even found some fun sledding hills! Will be back for sure!

Great Condo with a great location!

This Silver Bear property was really pleasant. Check in easy, it was clean and had everything we needed (although it could use a broom but we found a dustpan). It was super close and in walking distance to to Canyon lodge. We ended up driving because there was plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend it to any family!

Nice getaway stay

We made a last minute spring break trip to enjoy the mass amount of snow. Though it was a little difficult to find initially because of all the snow, we found it after a brief call to the manager. Condo was close and easy to access Canyon Lodge. The kitchen was fully stocked as described.

Close to Canyon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Silver Bear again - we've stayed in various condos in this unit. Covered parking, nice rec and jaccuzi ammenities and can't beat the location. Pricing this year was much more than past years is only negative.

Great location for Skiing and nice stay

Cosy condominium unit in good location for access to Canyon Lodge at Mammoth. Communication could have been more transparent that the spa area and game room were under construction (not closed for COVID...). I didn't get an acknowledgement when I sent pictures of a couple minor damages I wanted to document on arrival. nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

February family ski trip

Reall nice property , great location Minor points: Fireplace stopped working, couldn’t get pilot light to stay on No dish soap. Had to go out last night to buy Kitchen faucet troublesome.
