Stylish vintage home on one of the prettiest streets in Santa Rosa! Ideal location for your Wine Country retreat. Walking distance to downtown with exciting restaurants, breweries and shopping, yet only a short drive (15-20 minutes) to some of the best wineries Sonoma County has to offer. Come and enjoy the modern, yet cozy decor of this beautiful 1933 home and explore the wonder of the North Bay.

The home offers two large living spaces, both with fireplaces, so there is space for everyone is enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen and great room lead out onto the back deck.

The kitchen is stocked with the tools and utensils you will need to prepare your meals. We provide basic essentials for cooking, such as oils and spices.

The master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk area.

Santa Rosa Short Term Rental Permit: SVR24-152. Maximum 6 guests. Please note that guests must observe the quiet hours of 9pm to 7am, as per our short term rental permit rules.

Weekend stay for a wedding

Super cute cottage on a lovely, quiet street. We were in town for our nephew's wedding with our adult children and needed a place to chill in between family activities. This house was perfect!

Charming, peaceful retreat

Comfortable luxury! Quiet surroundings, a peaceful, outdoor space, and a well-appointed kitchen made this a fantastic workspace while consulting at a nearby company. Tree-lined streets in this historic neighborhood were so inviting for early morning walks. Hosts were communicative and gracious. Will definitely add this to my favorites list!

Charming Gem

We were delighted with the house. With four adults, it was the perfect size. We loved the courtyard. The neighborhood was very walkable with cute houses and beautiful gardens. We didn't venture into Santa Rosa proper - it was so nice to have the room to spread out after spending four nights in a hotel that we just wanted to stay in. The location was perfectly situated to a couple of our scheduled winery tours. The kitchen is very well-appointed and the master bathroom is luxurious!

Great wine-country launch spot

Perfect location to head in any direction for hiking, good food and wine tasting. Many great dining options within walking distance. Host easy to work with, home well equipped and comfy. Great neighborhood!

Excellent location and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and Jo's and Ed's place. This was close to many restaurants and areas of our interests. The master suite and remodeled kitchen/living area really stand out in this property with wonderful amentities.

Lovely Historic Home - Clean & Comfy!

We rented this lovely home when we were in town to see our new granddaughter. The home was impeccably clean! The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. I made big meals every night and found everything I needed in their well- equipped kitchen including nice sharp knives! Jo & Ed were extremely responsive when we had questions along the way. The neighborhood is so nice with many other well kept historic homes and you can walk into downtown Santa Rosa as well! We have rented many homes and found this to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well-maintained homes so far!

Philip’s funeral mass

This was such an emotional and difficult weekend for us. My family attended a funeral mass for my son and we gathered after. This house was so warm, lovely and charming it was a blessing. I don’t know why but I immediately felt at home there. Everything we could have needed was available. We loved it and it was a very comforting place to stay. If they ever want to sell it I want to make the first offer💕💕💕

Cutest House on the Cutest Street

The photos in the listing don’t even do this place justice. The house couldn’t be any more darling. I came with 2 other couples and a 6 month old - there was plenty of space. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the wine we bought each day. All of the beds were super comfortable. The house had everything you need for a great/easy stay. Will 100 percent look this place up on our next trip to the area.

Lovely, well-located home in Santa Rosa!

We had a wonerful stay with our family in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It is close to Santa Rosa restaurants and many vineyards. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic house on a cute, quiet street close to everything! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. The perfect combo of modern and antique. Very comfortable beds, ultra-quiet street. If you are staying in Santa Rosa, this is a fabulous house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from fabulous wineries and Healdsburg, and close to town, where there are restaurants and cute shops.

5 stars ++ in Santa Rosa

Lovely house in a great location. Beautiful landscaped back yard made time on the back patio the favorite place to be for our girls trip. Really nice updated kitchen. The owners had an information book with recommendations for restaurants, wineries, markets, and anything else we might need. This house made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautiful house

Just loved this classic perfectly updated 1930s vintage home!

Perfect setting for a Sonoma County get-away. Lovely walking neighborhood. Convenient for restaurants, downtown shops & grocery stores. Modern open kitchen with almost everything you could need, great for socializing and cozy with fireplace. Loved sitting on the sunny patio. Terrific bedrooms with tons of closet space. Perfectly thought out, as though the hosts have spent time here themselves. Amazing house provided by lovely hosts. We hope to be back soon!

This is a newer VRBO listing for us, but as a family we have been running vacation homes for nearly 20 years, in Spain and France as well.

This is a very comfortable home, with several areas for guests to be as a group, or relaxing individually.
