Beautiful Renovated Beach Home, located close to Dennis Beaches, north of 6A

This home had a complete renovation in 2020 and is a perfect location to several beautiful Dennis beaches! We just completed a new renovation for summer 2021 which added a 3rd bedroom that will sleep 4. Also in the new renovation is an extension of the kitchen for the dining table and sliders out to a new large back deck with plenty of seating and new outdoor shower. Please note the structure of the deck is open stairs so please make sure its appropriate for your family.

This home is well equipped with all new furnishings, all the conveniences of home, central AC throughout, and everything your family needs for a fabulous beach vacation! Our brand new kitchen has all new cabinets, granite, backsplash and lighting along with all new kitchenware, dishes and pans, and 2 fully stocked bathroom linen closets, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and outdoor shower. Adult space upstairs with a large screen TV and great family space downstairs with pool table, (pool table is on sliders so you can easily move it to the center of the room) and big screen TV. Walk up and out of the basement with full door that lets in the sunshine to a spacious backyard. We have a beautiful outdoor patio with a dining table for eight, lounge chairs and extra seating to enjoy our spacious backyard.

This home is located 1.5 miles from Bayview Beach (resident beach where you can do drop offs or park a bike) , 1.6 miles to Mayflower Beach (public beach), and 1.8 miles to Corporation Beach (public beach). The bayside beaches are a great spot for families, crystal clear water with soft sand and during low tide the beach has a great surface and space for family whiffle ball games, volleyball, and corn-hole.

We are less than a mile from the center of Dennis where you can find a wonderful park for children as well as many close by restaurants and shopping, and 1 mile from the Cape Playhouse. Dennis is a perfect location on the Cape for you and your family to enjoy all the Cape has to offer!
