Updated throughout, come and enjoy this three bedroom home tucked away within walking distance to both beautiful Dr. Lords Road Beach, Corporation Beach and Scargo Lake Beach. Located North of 6A, this home includes two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. You will be staying in a well established quiet neighborhood that allows for days at the beach and cool nights on the deck. Just a short drive away, enjoy beautiful Dennis Village, Scargo Cafe, the Cape Playhouse and the Cape Cod Museum of Art. East Dennis is central to all of Cape Cod. Come and enjoy Cape Cod this summer!

It was a clean, nicely renovated property with plenty of amenities. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk away from the beach. Kathy was very communicative and responsive.

Clean and nicely updated. Best part is walking through an upscale neighborhood with pretty classic Cape homes to a small rocky ocean beach one way and the other way to Scargo lake with warm clear water. Contact Kathy was very responsive.

Perfect Cape Vacation

Best cape rental

We’ve rented many places on the cape and this was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location. Everything we needed and wanted was there. We will definitely book this house again!

Lovely spot for a getaway!

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway- the hosts were accessible and easy to deal with, the house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked, and the walking distance to the ocean and short driving distance to the beach area of the lake were awesome. Grown ups and kids all had a great time!

Great house in great location

Loved the easy stroll to the beach and proximity to Dennis Village for shops and restaurants. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable for three adults and one young child, with room to spare. Owner was very helpful.

The Perfect Summer Home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Kathy was very attentive and helpful- a great host. The property was clean, cute and perfectly sized for our family. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located to several restaurants, general stores and ice cream! Highly recommend for a family beach vacation!

Wonderful!

This was our second year back in this beautiful home. It was clean, welcoming, the neighborhood is quiet and it’s just a short walk to a great little beach. The owner is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend and will be back again next year!

Great house & location

Awesome Cape vacation home. House is fresh & clean with all of the amenities we needed, The beautiful ocean beach is a short walk away. Enjoyed the lake - also within walking disrance for an afternoon dip. Very quiet neighborhood & a short drive to shopping & nice restaurants. Thank you Kathy - you were great to coordinate with.

Cape Cod 2023

Kathy is very easy to work with and is very responsive, she is a great host. Property is pristine and very up to date, located on a great, isolated road a short walk to the beach.

Could Not Have Asked For More

The home and property were well maintained and well provisioned. Kathy was an excellent host and was easy to contact with any questions. The house is beautiful and everything you would want for a rental down the Cape. Wonderful experience all around.

Beautiful Spot

My family and I enjoyed staying at Kathy's, it is truly a beautiful spot. Peaceful, quiet location within easy walking distance to the beach. House was clean, updated and spacious with a great deck and nice little reading spot in the upper yard. Kathy was responsive and the house had thoughtful details such as additional beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, extra shampoo/conditioner, etc. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others.
